Panera Bread

Not to be confused with Pamela Bread, which is basically my friend Pam baking in her basement and then selling it to people that live on the street.I don't really like Panera and I think their food is awful. Some of the coffee type drinks are actually okay if a little overpriced, but no more so than Starbucks (better drinks than Sbux, no more expensive, maybe a little cheaper).What I usually like is their service and free water and free Wi-Fi and plugs, you call them outlets, but the service here is very mixed.There are a couple of very rude and angry people working here. That's why I gave it three instead of four.

Great spot to study, catch up on work, or even have a lunch meeting. As well as if you just want some good sandwiches & soups to eat. I love the pick 2 options where I can try half of this & that. I had their berry salad & tuna salad sandwich. Both were so good & filled me up. You can also sub the bread for chips.

The food is great but everything and I mean everything is filthy. The floor hasn't been swept in how long?!? The credit card reader hasn't been wiped off in how long??! The trash all over the entryway and parking lot!! Gross. I wonder how dirty the kitchen is!!?

Always consistent and never too busy. Love their selection of hot teas as well as their coffee. I had the Mediterranean bowl with chicken. It was good, too much feta cheese, but some people like that. Yes, definitely recommend for a quick bite.

Honestly, if I could give this place 0 or even negative stars, I would. My coworkers and I used to order delivery from here at least twice a week. Every time we would spend between $70-90 and EVERY SINGLE TIME our order was wrong. Either a soup or a sandwich was missing, or an entire order all at once. They would "send a replacement order" but it was NEVER delivered. Monday 10/31/2022 we decided to give them ONE FINAL chance, we went to Panera to eat hoping we would have a better experience and what happened? Literally, all 3 of our orders were done wrong. They took forever to bring one of my coworkers parfait, the charged the tomato soup instead of the autumn squash soup for my other coworker & I asked for a turkey sandwich with avocado and received the bacon turkey avocado sandwich. It took them about 5-10 mins to fix my order so I sat there hungry watching my coworkers eat. It took them even longer to replace my coworkers soup and by the time the girl made the parfait we asked for it to be packed to go. I honestly can't bring myself to give this place another try.. which sucks because not only do we absolutely love Panera but it is also such an easy place for us to get delivery from since we are always busy and basically chained to our desks some days. The place also looks very run down and sad. Definitely needs some upkeep.

My wife and I shared the bbq chicken sandwich on Jan 1, 2023 at 1 pm at this location and got sick.

This Panera bread is way pass due for a review from me! Recently, I had the pleasure of experiencing the location in Cypress multiple time that ended with me not going there anymore, since moving to Texas I had almost gave of one of my favorite places to eat. That's until I found this location, I'm giving this place an easy 5 stars and I must say, I've been to a lot of Panera Breads but the way this location prepares your food is like no other. My sandwiches are delicious, my children also love it here. The food is freshly prepared and just amazing. Guy you will not be disappointed!!!

I order from Panera weekly because I look at it as my little piece of home. Panera use to be called St. Louis Bread Co and that's where I'm from, St. Louis MO. This location is the worst I've been to. I use to pick up my food via Rapid Pick Up on the app. I stopped coming in because when you walk in they just stare at you, never speak. They are very slow every when it's not busy. It's usually staffed fairly well so I don't understand why they are so slow. They've even made me the wrong sandwich a time or two.I've stopped picking up from this location and opted for delivery. My Delivery guy is awesome! My food is not. The sandwiches are getting smaller, they frequently forget croutons for my tomato soup, I choose the option for chips and they keep sending bread. I refuse to give up on Panera but it may be time to visit another location.

I give this location 5 stars because the employees are top notch. Allowing myself and my friend try the new Tikka soup was a nice gesture for an undecided guest. The food was good and just what we needed for a quick, after the gym meal and to not get overly full. Portions were perfect. I got the soup and salad pick two and my friend got the sandwich and salad pick two. With points total was about $23...a little pricey for a bistro but you know prices are going up everywhere. The storefront is a little dated. They could use some new chairs and tables but for what they did have it was very clean. I suggest this to any place that if you have sit down guests, a drink should be on the house not additional but I was fine with water. Bathrooms need a little love. Hope they work on that. But great, easy experience over all. Will return. (Been coming for years just finally made a review) thanks!

First, the food is fantastic. Prices are a tad high. Cashier was very friendly, but clueless. He ordered a drink, I ordered a cup of water. We got to the drink station and there's a sign telling us to get ice from cashier. I asked her where the water was and she pointed to the drink station. Must have missed it. Go back & could only find bubble water. Put some in cup. It's disgusting. That's why I ordered a cup of water. I see the sink. I go and inquire about the water again. This time she said it's only bottled and then I understand that we paid for it. I asked again for sink water. Nope. Not possible. I said I'll just have some green tea. She then handed me another cup (I'm holding the original) & proceeded to charge me over $3!!!! Wait, if bottled water was paid for, why am I asked to pay for another drink? Whatever. Anyway, we find the least dirty table & take a seat. They're all filthy. As mentioned above, food is delicious. I'd definitely return, but I have to return when I had money to burn.
