I'm not sure why the current rating isn't higher so I hope this review help it increase! We've been looking for GOOD Chinese food for too long! We finally found it! It's clean! Really clean! The food tastes good! The employees were very nice, too! We will definitely go back! Omgosh I forgot to mention one dish we ordered was fried chicken ... they were the small wingettes! Hallelujah NO big, scary looking chicken wings! Don't let the rating trick you into not giving this place a try!

The food is terrible. The fried rice was awful. There were no vegetables or egg and it was bright yellow. It tasted burnt. My guess is the bottom of the rice pot burned and they tried to salvage it. Fail. It was inedible. The sauce on the cashew chicken was so thick it was like gelatin. Everything was flavorless

The story: On the hunt for some good Chinese food after church one day, we looked up (on Yelp, of course) Chinese in the area and found one nearby in Wake Forest (Heritage area). The area: There is plenty of parking (part of a small plaza).The food: My boo and I shared a hot and sour soup first. There's is loaded with mushrooms and chicken - they don't skimp! It was not too spicy, and not too sour. I added a few tablespoons of soy sauce to kick it up a notch (because I thought it was a tad bland). But it was good after that.I got my favorite: General Tso's Chicken. I felt like this was going to be a good experience when I saw one the ladies take the fresh chicken, throw it in batter and then put it in the fryer. Fresh! When it was all done, I got a plate of (very) hot food. The sauce was the right amount of sweet and a little bit of heat. I enjoyed it muchly.I knew the GTC was going to be too hot, so I took a bite of the chicken fried rice first. It was great CFR! It actually had this grilled flavor to the rice that really set it apart. Summary:It was fast and fresh and had great a flavor. I will add this place to my regular circuit for good Chinese!

This is my go-to Chinese cuisine place. They have never got my order wrong, and always have the food done fast. The portion size is also huge and the meals are delicious! Highly recommend!

Decent Chinese food with reasonable prices. I can't give them 5 stars bc every time I've been here, I've been unsatisfied with their service. When their phones are busy they ignore the customers at the counter. They really need to have two people at the counter to help the people who hadn't called their order in. My family and I almost left the other day after waiting for two phone calls to finish. One of them rang after we arrived; the person at the counter ignored us to take the call, even after he saw us waiting for him to finish the call he was on when we came in. There are too many other good restaurants in Wake Forest that this will not be the first one I think of if I want take out. The only reason we came here is bc it was on the way home and it was after lunchtime.

Love this place! We recently moved to WF and of course we needed a Chinese Food place. I love that the food is great and that the lady that takes my order clearly understands my order and that I understand her. Clean, tasty, and it's for dinner tonight.

Over the past two or three years IChanged Chinese food restaurant. Panda King suffered during covid with ordering issues and changing hours, I changed to one of the Jumbo China restaurants much further and easily10 minutes more from my home I checked out Panda King the other night and they are back to awesome food and consistent hours and reduced stress on the operation by cutting hours and closing at 8:30 PM So, if you haven't tried them lately Give them a shot I think you may agree Rick W

I've been coming to panda king since I was a kid and it is always great. Love the chicken teriyaki (chicken on a. Stick) and the sesame chicken!!

The worst Chinese food I ever ate! I had better in even a mall! The Chicken and Garlic sauce had no garlic just this paste sweet and sour frozen dinner taste! The egg roll threw it out tasted like soap. The chicken Lo mein was bland and just nasty!
