Panda Chinese Restaurant

Ordered General Tso. Food was not good and over cooked. I guess I'm back to looking for a Chinese restaurant.

This was by far the most horrible food I've been served at a Chinese restaurant...maybe anywhere. Was driving through with my mom and we stopped in. I should have checked the reviews because they are right! That girl was rude! I asked if they could make coconut chicken and she actually said "No. Too much work." So we ordered two combo plates. I got bourbon chicken. Mom had General Two's chicken and beef fried rice. We also ordered crab Rangoon. She brought the plates out and they were dripping sauce all over the place. She slid it across the table and slimed it with sauce. Did not bring a rag or anything to wipe it up. The servings were huge but this was not to their credit. Every bite of the beef in the fried rice was like fatty rubber. There were grissles and pieces of bone in the breaded General Tso's chicken. The sauce was sickeningly sweet. The peas in the fried rice were freezer burnt puffs of dust when you bit into them. I cannot exaggerate how terrible it was. And it was piping hot so that's as good as it gets there! Yuck. Abandon hope all who enter here! Don't do it!

My wontons were cold in the middle & the cashier messed up the order. I wasn't offered a receipt, but now that I do the math, I'm certain I was overchatged; I paid with cash.The restroom had an Out of Order sign that's as old as the building itsself.All that, and the workers were rude. I'll never go back!

The service is horrible and so is the food! The staff is rude and unaccommodating. Will not go there again and will never recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would they are rude, hanging up on people and if u don't tip the driver enough because we were in a bind my wife was in icu at the time and I was only able to tip $2 they refused to deliver after ordering from them almost a year then you try and speak with a manager and she says I am the manager and I'm just not gonna talk to you and hangs up!!! I wouldn't recommend this place at all it was better when the older man ran that place he was awesome then the lady took over and it went down hill!!! Rude and always since her messed up our food leaving something out then would expect another tip after having to bring it back. Worst place ever!!!!!

They close down early and won't offer to make extra even when they have time!! They force you to order what they have left but that's what everyone didn't want !! Only reason it's been there for 5hrs !! Such a joke

I've had Chinese for years from this place even though they switched management they still got some pretty good sesame chicken and there generals chicken is pretty good too

This is the best Chinese food I have had outside of Chicago or New York City by far the best in Gallatin let alone nashville I highly recommend it!

The food was great and full of flavor!! The portions are great for the price. It cost about the same as all the other Chinese restuarants in Gallatin. The food was done exactly when they said it would be done.

Wow. Worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. I ordered, it came, I tasted, and it was like tasting nothing. Horrible rice. Horrible flavorless pork, terrible egg roll. Just flat out bad. I actually just walked out after I had 5 bites. Place dirty. I would never ever go there again. I left this place and went to Popeyes and ate there. My two Lunches cost 25 bucks that day. But. The best thing about the Chinese restaurant was the Coca Cola I got there. It was splendid compared the terrible food. The other good thing was leaving that place.
