I order door dash from here several times a week. Same order every time. Carne asada fries with extra guac, sour creme, and cheese.I always try to call immediately after placing my order to remind them to include lots of red salsa.Today, the guy who picks up the phone tells me he can only include 9 salsas with my 3 orders of carne asada fries. This is what arrives. A bunch of half full or less than half caps.If you're the type of person to use a lot of salsa like me, order elsewhere unless you are dining in and getting your own salsa.I've never worked in the food industry, but common sense tells me if a customer goes out of their way to call in making sure the shop includes salsa, that customer must be serious about needing salsa to go with his meal.So now I've got a bunch of carne asada fries that I can't eat because I don't have enough salsa.If I forget to call, I'm lucky if I get one cap of salsa.If Panchos would learn to include a good amount of salsa with their orders, I'd be giving them 5 stars.

If I could these people negative stars I would. They are incredibly rude. The customer service is terrible. I asked for a replacement burrito that THEY messed up on and the lady exhaled before explaining to her boss the situation. They made it seem as if it was my fault instead of their employee that gave me the instructions.

Lived near this joint in 1999-2003 and this was my go-to place for late night Mexican food. The Californian Burrito was by far the best one in my area. I must have eaten 50 or more of these and they were pretty close to the same deliciousness each time.

Have ordered here in the past and they are usually really good. I paid $19 (with tip) for a chile verde burrito and a coke. I took it to go and drove home (it is 30 minutes from home but on my way from work) only to find that they had given me a chile Relleno burrito! I can't even take it back because of how far I live or get a refund! There was NO ONE there when I arrive except for a guy who walked into the kitchen to talk to his buddies. He came out with a bag of food and paid for his order while they continued to chat. I'm really not sure I'll go back now even though the quality of their chile verde has been really good in the past. Ugh. Really frustrating. Great for the college kids across the street who don't really care I guess.

Okay I'm fairly new to this neighborhood, I always want to give back to my community. The cashier and cook couldn't understand that I wanted shedded chicken hard taco shells, it took some time for them to understand and once they gave me my order they used cheap Azz taco shells!! They weren't freshly made, worst taco shells I every had. Will never order hard shell tacos again from Panchos!! I thought Taco Bell we're Bad these beat them!!

My kiddo and I stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed it! He grabbed the Shredded Beef Tacos and I went with the California Burrito.The young lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful and our food came out within 5 minutes. We chose the dine-in option, but about a dozen folks rolled through for take-out in the 20-25 minutes we were there. Clearly a local favorite for food, and we weren't disappointed.There is a small salsa buffet with cups on the side for some additional spice, and they have lids for those to-go orders.If you are looking for a quick, in & out spot for lunch, I'd recommend it!

I'm new to the Chula Vista area and every place I've tried are always excellent, they always give you huge portions and the food is amazing - this is the first place I tried that THAT IS NOT TRUE! I would not go here ever again, we both ordered shredded chicken tostada - first there was no chicken in it but maybe a teaspoon, I thought it was soup there was sooo much liquid in it, there was maybe a teaspoon of refried beans - just lettuce and tomatoes and don't get me started on the portion. The portion was barely the size of a small hand, we were really shocked. And still hungry...I would NOT recommend going here at all!

not a good experience. Second time I have asked them to replace condiments. Lady at the front said no. I asked again. She went back to the cooks. They gave me hard looks like I was out of line. I dont want anybody spitting in my food. So I left. Never again. Bottom line: customer service leaves something to be desired.
