Tres leches, tres leches, tres leches! By far the best tres leches I've ever had. My boyfriend, who brought me a piece home, also agreed that it was the best one he's ever had as well! Now, I'm dying to go back for another piece, and try more of their food!

I stopped in for the first time because I was craving a slice of tres leche cake, and they did not disappoint! There was a choice between strawberry and peach. I am happy to know that I don't have to drive all the way over to Nolensville Road when a tres leche craving hits!

The best pupusaria in Nashville! And you don't even have to go to Nolensville pike. Just picked up some today with a side of platano frito with frijo y crema. They were great, smelled so fresh, not greasy. The owner lady is friendly always says hello. That place is easy to miss, set back a bit from the road and the outside is understated. It's not the typical restaurant. It's a small market, a panaderia bakery, and they also make delicious authentic food. If you call in your order you will probably have to order in Spanish, like I said it's authentic.Check them out... you can even get fresh made flour tortillas! What??!!

It's good to know there's a Mexican bakery on my side of town. Their prices are really cheap and you can get those little white loaves (I wish I knew what they were called) for about fifty or sixty cents. I love to just eat those with olive oil and spices - they are so fluffy and light, yet crunchy on the outside - mainstream American supermarket bread doesn't come anywhere close.I echo Blair L. in wishing I knew which days were freshest, because when I bought bread and pastries from there, the bread tasted just a little less fresh than what I usually get at La Hacienda, but it could have been the day I went. The pastries are great though, and they also have Mexican Coke, which is a favorite indulgence of mine, and the other delicious Mexican sodas that are still made with real sugar.

Our family just tried out the awesome new Panaderia Y Pasteleria La Hispana (Hispanic Bread and Pastry shop, if my Texas-Spanish lesson remembrances are correct), and it was great - and open until 9 p.m.! It's not a huge shop, so you need to keep an eye out for it, but the baked goods (we had a cookie, filled churro, a flan/bread-pudding kind of thing, and the flaky-ring-with-cake-batter-middle thing) were all excellent and very reasonably priced. The family is also super friendly. :) I'm already regretting not buying some real-sugar Mexican Coca-Cola for tomorrow, but it'll just be another reason to return.

This is a great cheap quick sweet fix. They have a smaller selection than a lot of other places I've been. I've never gotten anything stale or old here. It's always been delicious, and I usually stop by at night.

Cake is amazing and fresh. Workers are truly amazing. It feels like you're in a Latin country like Colombia.

This is my favorite bakery. The tres leches cake is phenomenal. The owner is very friendly, and all the other goodies I've had have been delicious. If I ever need cake for anything, this is where I go.
