We had breakfast here one morning while staying at the overpriced hotel. Service was super friendly and attentive.Like all hotel restaurants this place is on the pricey side with entrees in the $25 range. My wife had two poached eggs which came with 4 slices of toast, meat (she got sausage) and breakfast potatoes-a ton of food and I got a toasted bagel (wonder bread style) with cream cheese. Nothing special but with two small OJ the bill was $40 pre-tip; not a great value but since we didn't want to head off property that's what to expect.

Food is delicious and so are the views from the patio, service is pretty average most days but on our last breakfast visit Leticia was our server and she was very sweet and attentive.

We're local - live right down the street ~ Just 2 of us went to the bar for wine and an appetizer (slow service but whatever) Decided to go into the restaurant at 5:15 pm where the host asked if we had a reservation- we did not. He then said, you'll have to wait... no problem for us but there was only one other couple in the restaurant and a party of 3 on the patio. The host spoke so codescendingly when he told us that he prefers people who are not hotel guests to make a reservation. The food was good, the service was fine but not up to par at all for an upscale restaurant. We don't need to go back.

Nice looking place, but it ends there. Slow service and bland, overpriced food. Had high hopes as we enjoy the resort, but you can do better for dinner. Look elsewhere.

Enjoyed dinner last night with my wife. Good service, Eddie was cordial and on top of some of the recent changes. Food was tasty...I had the steelhead trout and my wife had the brazed short ribs...nice size portions so I got a bit of both. Food settings were tasteful and complimentary. Overall nice experience. I have added a picture of our chocolate desert and yes you can eat the pansies.

Nice big patio for brunch in the morning. I had the açaí bowl but it seemed to lack açaí. It was still good though. Service was slow but with Covid and all I didn't really expect it to be fast.

We spent a day at the Boulders (which we were not so crazy about) so decided to try Palo Verde for dinner and breakfast. Both of our experiences were fairly good. During our dinner we interacted with Jason, our server Sylvia, and Shai, the person that brought the bread to our table. They all were very friendly and professional. The bread was OK, our favorite was the jalapeño cheddar, but they also had fife, ciabbata. The odd thing is that the butter they brought with it was very hard. By the time it was nice to spread we were done with the bread, lol.I had the filet and hubby had the halibut. We both liked our food. It was beautifully presented, with very original ingredients, but also tasty. For breakfast, I had the green chilaquiles, and hubby had the breakfast burrito. Our server Cecilia took great care of us Saturday morning.

Supposed to be Huevos Rancheros... but... it's really a random quesadilla with an egg placed on top. Tasted decent and sauce and beans good but just not Huevos Rancheros!

Decor and Service good but food terrible. We had breakfast and both entrees were bad. Overpriced as well. Will not be going back.
