I ordered Chicken Marsala and a Meatball Sub for the first time. Whatever the chicken dish was is an abomination. It was a cream and cheese based sauce not a Marsala! Overcooked Barilla boxed spaghetti. $20 for trash.Haven't even looked at the sub yet. Don't even care anymore.

Absolutely delicious!!! We ordered a small soprano pizza and it was yummy! The crust was very crispy and golden brown. We ordered two separate pastas: Italian sausage pomodoro and the baked fettuccine with meatballs. Everything was perfect! You get to choose between a side of salad or soup. We got one of each. Very cute restaurant and great staff! Will certainly come back whenever we return to the state! They offer free delivery for locals. Absolutamente deliciosa la comida. Ordenamos una pequeña pizza llamada soprano y estaba muy rica! Las orillas estaban crujientes! Ordenamos dos pastas: salchicha italiana pomodoro y fettuccini con albóndigas al horno. Todo estaba fenomenal. Te dan a escoger entre sopa y ensalada para acompañar tu platillo. Muy bonito restaurante y excelente personal. Definitivamente regresaremos cuando visitemos el estado. Ofrecen entrega gratuita a la gente local!

I was quite disappointed with my experience ordering from Palermo. Initially, I was told the delivery would take 20-40 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I decided to call and inquire about my order. Finally, the food arrived after a total wait of 1 hour and 20 minutes. To make matters worse, my pizza was ice cold, and the pasta was only lukewarm. What's more, they didn't provide any utensils, I was visiting a.nd staying in a hotel, making the whole experience even more frustrating. I hope they can improve their delivery times and ensure the food arrives in the right condition in the future.

I don't know why this place has a 3.4. For a Seattle pizzeria it deserves a higher score. When Palermo does it right they do it so right. Their meat lovers equivalent pizza (the house special I think?) is so good. Thick and cheesy and loaded. Their meatballs are also primo. The issue I've had with this place is a bit of inconsistency. The bbq chicken pizza was pretty bad, and the pasta dish I had was average, but when I want just like a good pizza like I had when I was a kid, none of that matters.The thing is Seattle pizza in general is not great, so if you're looking for a super tasty classic pizza (that almost nowhere else seems to be able to do), Palermo is your best bet.

Palermo has my favorite gluten free pizza in the area. They're one of the few places that have GF pizza with a more Neapolitan style thin crispy crust, unlike other place that feel like your eating a thick sponge. Toppings are good quality, and there are authentic pastas with gluten free penne options. The vegetarian bake cauliflower in garlic lemon sauce appetizer is also delicious. My only complaint is the salads could be more exciting, they're very much typical pizza place salads, but I will say the antipasto salad is pretty tasty, and a good deal being so large.I usually do delivery, and their delivery service has no extra fees besides tip! Plus, I've met the same drivers many times over the years, which I assume means employees are treated well.

Was in Seattle with my son for the weekend and he didnt want to go out so we ordered in. So here is the thing with this review...the food was really good, but it could have been a lot better. The problem is that the delivery guy made three other stops before delivering my food and so by the time it got to me the pizza was almost cold and the mousse cake was getting warm. So as it was the pizza was darn good but it could have been a lot better. I had to put the cake in the fridge for an hour before I could eat it but it was good. I mean, I ordered through door dash and then was told they do their own deliveries. So, either hire more drivers or let me know you are backed up and I probably would have just driven myself to get it. All that being said, I would totally try it again if I am in Seattle again, but would probably eat in the restaurant.

So happy to have found this spot. Missing the wonderful food at Machiavelli I ordered their chicken marsala and spaghetti bolognese. The latter is prepared like you'd make it at home, if you did. Perfect noodles, laden with meat sauce. The Marsala was excellent with perfectly cooked chicken on a huge bed of pasta. The sauce is more creamy than a more traditional Marsala, but excellent. Portions are huge. Prices are very modest for Seattle. Service is kind. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu.

ordered delivery and they took over an hour and a half to drop the pizza off then didn't knock when they arrived so the pizza... which is OK... was cold when it arrived. not worth delivery. probably good in restaurant??honestly, wish I'd ordered dominoes... at least it would have been hot.
