Palace Kitchen never disappoints. Consistently satisfying, this Seattle staple is amazing every time we visit. We had the lamb meatballs, the sable collar, the wood grilled chicken wings, and the brisket 'After 10 Special'. The meatballs were paired with a wonderful tomato sauce and a mint cream. The lamb was light and deeply satisfying. The sauces went with the lamb perfectly. The sablefish collar was messy, but amazing! Smokey, buttery, rich, fatty, oily... everything you expect from a good fish collar. The chicken wings are a PK specialty. Spicy, but not overly so. The coriander cream combats the spiciness perfectly. As people who don't ordinarily do spicy food, this is one of the exceptions. They are absolutely worth it. The cocktails at PK are always mixed beautifully. The Printemps Violet is an excellent gin mix flavored with elderflower, rhubarb, and sugared hibiscus. The Awake At 1AM is a cold coffee cocktail that was so good, I kinda wish I had gotten a second. Palace Kitchen is classic upper-scale Seattle food without being overly pretentious, and will always be at the top of our list.

The ambience at the restaurant is great! Dim lighting and intimate with an open kitchen. The goat cheese fondue is delicious and doesn't have that strong goat milk taste. I plan to come back and explore other menu items as they're all very eye catching.

Grabbed dinner here solo on the work trip. Sat at the bar. Great atmosphere and great lighting. Good place to grab a meal if you're in need of something on the later side. The cocktails were very solid. The marg and manhattans were well made. I had the chicken with greens on mashed potatoes. The chicken was fall off the bone tender and the greens were very well seasoned and cooked. The mash was also very good. Nice and garlicky and smooth. Highly recommend. Overall solid place. Will definitely be back.

Came here for dinner on a Sunday evening. The service was great, and the bartenders were friendly! The restaurant is a short walk (couple of blocks) from the Westin. The chicken wings and burger were A+, definitely would recommend the burger. My favorite were the fries that were thinner fries (think shoestring) and love that type of fry!

We came for a late dinner and this place did not disappoint. I would definitely frequent this place if I live here but so glad our friends took us here. We had the Alaskan halibut (rich, buttery, and flaky) and ribeye (juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection). Both dishes left me wanting to try the other items on the menu. Will definitely come back next time I am in town!

Best word to describe my experience: meh. The service was the most disappointing because I feel they could have at least made up for the mediocre food. But it didn't seem like they cared to try. They know when they hand people the Toast device and defaults to 20% as the minimum tip that they are going to get money anyways.

After being closed during the pandemic, Palace Kitchen opened with limited hours. Now our favorite late dining spot has extended their hours for late night dining...thank you! We dined after an evening Nutcracker performance. My granddaughter and I each had the French Onion Soup plus she had the Lucy Rose Apple and Fall Chicories salad while my spouse had the Fire Roasted Penn Cove Manila Clams. For dessert, I had Tom Douglas's famous Coconut Cream Pie which I had been thinking about for several weeks. The pie more than exceeded my expectations!

I am a tremendous fan of Palace Kitchen and Tom Douglas. But there's a big difference between the kitchen being open until 12am, and the kitchen ACTUALLY BEING OPEN UNTIL 12AM.I paid for a personal Uber, arriving at 10:45pm last July, and the kitchen was closed. I even called beforehand and the phone said, KITCHEN OPEN UNTIL 12AM. I understand, maybe it wasn't economical that night to keep the kitchen going. But you won't see me showing up at 10:45pm next time.

What a gem of a find in downtown Seattle! Traveling from Denver and arriving late night, this was one of the only restaurants open in Downtown at 11pm, what was awesome! The food was TO-DIE-FOR and the drinks were delicious! Warm vibes and the wood fired food makes for a cozy ambiance. I visited twice and the service was amazing the first time, with the waitress being to attentive and quick. The second time, the service was lack luster and quite disappointing.

Went there with some out of town guests and it was just meh and really $$$$$.A V O I D the prawns. I had them and they were the worst I've ever had. Plus I'm battling a 2 day sickness from it. I think it's a mild case of shellfish poisoning
