Pak-Man

These guys were parked outside of Silver Street Studios where we were showing our ceramic art. The vegetarian Super Pak is outstanding. Filling, savory, spicy. I hope we don't go very long without crossing paths again.

Amazing food and amazing staff! Very accommodating to my gluten free needs! They make everything fresh when you order and have great traditional spins on your classic favorites. Medium to Large portions depending what you order. Typical food truck pricing. Definitely take advantage of their homemade sauces! Great flavor for all flavor profiles!Hands down tracking them wherever their truck is and coming back soon!

This food truck is amazing! We had the Beef samosa and the seekh kabab wrap. Both were delicious! The flavors were punchy and the heat was perfect. Full of flavor, perfect crisp, and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend.

I'm completely blown away! And trust me, it's not the fan nearby. I'm Pakistani and didn't expect much from a food truck. Call me cynical or whatever. I feel that anytime I get Desi food from anywhere, it taste bland except good restaurants. The raita is so good. I ordered the seekh kabab wrap. It originally is suppose to come with a a naan. I'm glad it came with a parahta. I'm soooo glad it did. It was light weight and delicious. The meat, paratha, sauce, ingredients, etc, were so good. I opted for the chicken biryani instead of the fries and O-M-G!!!! The meat was so tender and rice was so flavorful I was surprised!The service was super quick as well. The guys serving me was sweet too. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a brown place to eat without the restaurant stall.

I had beef samosas and Nutella samosas. Both on point. Pak sauce was good too. Mildly spicy and went well with the beef samosas. My only problem was the wait took fifteen minutes rather than the seven minutes I was told. Fifteen minutes was worth the wait though.

Our family loves supporting small businesses. This lovely food truck has been in our neck of the woods twice. The owner is super friendly. Our favorite dish is the Seekh Kabob Wrap or Platter. But we don't discriminate. We order everything for our family to share. Why not?

Pak-Man catered my holiday party with a ton of Chicken Tikka Kababs. They were SO, SO, SO delicious! These kababs were the hit of the party - everyone loved them and wanted to know who made them. I'll definitely keep coming back to Pak-Man!

I didn't eat all the pellets on my first try, but when eating those fried pickles a felt like they were the large flashing dots called "Power Pellets" which cause the ghosts to temporarily turn blue, allowing Pac-Man to eat them for bonus points. The spicy kick to those fried pickles will stay embedded in my brain because It gave a new twist on the fried pickle I had never imagined nor experienced before. Ok and now the burger story, and so many other good things to eat here for the palate. Although the inspiration for the Pac-Man character was the image of a pizza with a slice removed I would say the Pak-Man burger was the perfect Puck-(in a burger)-Man. The Pak sauce is for real and just the right taste to go with the seasoning. The brioche buns held tight together even with the dripping sauce and flavors coming out of this fantastic meal. I love Samosas too and the truck says it all. Next time I'll get some of the Nutella samosa and or kulfi ice cream if they have it. Glad I stopped in to try this truck out and the staff was supper friendly and efficient.

Loved the concept of the video game design. The staff was very friendly and provided some good vegetarian options for my friend. We ordered the Potato Samosas and fried pickles. Both were very delicious (good seasoning, excellent texture/flavor). The food came out very fast on a chilly afternoon in front of Silver Street studios. Later on in the evening I ran into them again outside of Cidercade! It was meant to be for me to write this review. Would definitely go back and try some of their other wraps/kabobs.

It's very rare for me to find a food truck that I would go out of my way to revisit and this is definitely one of them. They have the most flavorful and the most tender meat dishes out there. These are qualities I haven't even found in many restaurants around where I live. It's a gem of a truck and I would nightly recommend anything from the menu. My favorite has to be the seekh kabab wrap. For something sweet, I would recommend the Nutella samosas. P.S. the taste of the food is just as amazing as their service and friendly demeanor
