A friend and I originally planned on meeting at a nearby cafe, but after seeing how busy it was, we decided to walk over to Paisley's Tea Room out of convenience. And WOW am I glad we did!The moment I walked in the door I was just in shock at how cute and aesthetic everything was! There must have been something in the air because it was a rare Seattle sunny day in Winter and the sun was beaming in illuminating all the white inside the tea room. Immediately in front, you're greeted by the nicest pastry case and a beautiful arrangement of dried flowers hanging from above.Note to you readers, if you want to ensure you get the whole tea experience with the small bites, I definitely recommend making a reservation. We were asked if we had a reservation, which obviously we did not. Thankfully the employees let us sit at a table with our tea since there was some time before the next reservation came; and the tea and pastries could've easily been taken to-go.If you're driving to Paisley's Tea Room, it shares a parking lot with a lot of the local businesses. I arrived around 10am on a Saturday and I found parking; but I noticed how quickly the lot was starting to fill, and an hour later the lot seemed almost full.I definitely want to make another visit to Paisley's Tea Room. The Caramel Rose Latte I had was delicious and I want to try their other drinks and pastries! Check them out if you're looking for afternoon tea, or just meeting up with a friend!

Update: the owner reached out to me to apologize for the situation and comp our experience. I appreciate them trying to rectify the situation. I look forward to going back to Paisley's and having a better experience!

Great place. Came out her to try the tea and service. You each get a pot of tea. I tried milky oolong. They had great touches at the table. Little plates and utensils. Very decorative setting. They have an hourglass timer on table that you flip and this tells you when to pull out the tea bag. The teapot has its own cozy. The sandwiches were divine. Especially like the cumin flavored one. The scones had a savory and plain one with this wonderful cream butter and lemon curd. The dessert cupcake was awesome but not the other cake. Would come again.

Very cute atmosphere, a bit noisy on the weekends with all of the guests, but it was manageable. The food was delicious and they were able to accommodate a nut allergy and vegetarian. The tiered servers were a little wobbly and we lost a scone to the floor, but there was plenty of other food, so it wasn't missed. The tea selection was small and they were out of one of the teas my friend wanted to try, so that was disappointing to not have been told that prior to perusing the tea menu. Temperature was very very warm, perhaps just a fluke. Servers were all very nice and attentive, though I was standing for about 5 min to be acknowledged just to say I had a reservation. Overall, would recommend!

Love this place! It's not your typical place that whenever you go in and looked at the same thing and loose it's sparkles. Owner Quinne really is an awesome hostess and she keeps the place fresh introducing new bakery items and now serving bubblies as well! The atmosphere here always warm and inviting with waffling scents of scones, cookies surrounding you. A very pleasant place to hang around with friends or alone.

Cutest tea shop!! Love how it's somewhat hidden in the back. Plenty of outdoor seating on a beautiful day. You will immediately smell the incredible scent of their fresh baked goods upon walking in. I've been going weekly, the scones are sooo good! This time I ordered a pumpkin spice scone; the berry & cream is also delicious. There's always a tea sample available! Service has always been 10/10. They have high tea menus and the assortment seems great but i have yet to try it. I love all the tea sets they have. The matcha latte is one of the best! She even made me a heart with the milk foam, what a sweet gesture! Thank you for going above and beyond in your service, it's rare nowadays to experience that. Highly recommend.

So happy to found this place! I love the fact it's tucked in the corner of Gillman village that's quiet and peaceful. Interior is very cute, bright, soothing and colorful. The enticing wafting of fresh pastries coming out the oven lingers. It's so comforting to be in it. Pastries are delicious and beautiful. I don't like pumpkin but loved the pumpkin scone. It is loaded with spices and delicious. Lavender heart cookies are one of my favorites! I love the varieties of teas available. The owner did a great job for this place. The service here is also great with smiles. I've tried London fog, chocolate Earl Grey, rose oolong so far and I love them all. Can't wait to try the afternoon tea here.

The inside of the tea room is beautiful! Small dried flowers hang on the ceiling and tea pots like the shelves. It is peaceful, quaint, and charming! We ordered a pot of tea, scone, and a tea latte. We didn't have a reservation for high tea, so we had to sit outside on metal chairs. Fortunately, it was not too cold or rainy, but it was a surprise that was unclear until we got our food and beverages. I'd recommend for ambiance and experience, but prices are high for tea.

I've been to Paisley's many times and have always had a pleasant experience. I usually come alone to study and order a pot of tea or an iced strawberry matcha latte and pair it with a pastry. Their scones are so fluffy and delicious, and I really enjoy their buttery shortbread cookies. Service has always been friendly and I love the way they serve their pots of tea with a little tea timer and tongs for you to brew the tea yourself. The pots themselves are also really cute, they all come dressed up in pretty little cloth coverings. The inside of the shop is very beautifully decorated and totally gives off charming tea party vibes. Bonus points for the ambience because I've heard them play studio ghibli music a few times ;)Paisley's is a nice, quiet place to get some work done while enjoying a hot pot of tea and yummy pastries. It's a nice switch up from the usual loud, busy coffee shops that I often study at. I haven't tried their Afternoon Tea experience yet but hope to one day as I've seen many people happily enjoying their tea parties here!

We loved our experience here. Came for my daughter's third birthday. Make reservations in advance.Everyone gets their own pot of tea. Food was plentiful and we could not finish it. Cute ambiance and very friendly service.I would recommend this place for afternoon tea. It's a little cheaper than the afternoon tea in Bellevue (FogRose Atelier) but more food. Also the space is bigger which is like. If I had to choose I'd probably pick this place.Since it was my daughter's birthday they added a candle to a cream puff which was a nice touch. They don't have high chairs so be prepared if you bring a baby!
