Paisans Pizzeria

It was the atmosphere for me. I loved the open concept. They have these huge firehouse windows in front, that allows fresh air to breeze throughout the restaurant. Luckily for my party and I it was a beautiful day.The staff was friendly. They even gave my daughter a cookie on our way out. Only one minor critique. They need to turn the lights up in the women's restroom. It was way too dark in there. Other than that, perfect place for the summer!

My favorite Pizza in the world. Everytime I fly out to Chicago it's a must to stop at Paisans.

I live about 2 blocks away but will never order from here again. The food is delicious but their customer service is horrible. I ordered a pizza for delivery on a rainy day, the driver forgot the pizza and when I called the manager wouldn't speak to me. He had the poor counter girl offer me a free 2- liter and the same pizza not a remade pizza to be delivered in 50 mins. Making it a 2 hour wait??!! Why would I agree to that? I asked for a full refund because I refuse to support a business with such ridiculous service. They don't even deserve the one star I was required to give them.

Gotta be the best pizza in Chicago! Love the dragon wings. Their blue cheese is delicious as well

Pizza was good . Service slow. i know they were busy. But could have delivered our drinks . I enjoyed atmosphere , great neighborhood shop .

I expected a crowd since their parking lot was full but they had plenty of tables. Service was speedy. The food was good but overpriced. I ordered the mango michelada and was surprised when it was accompanied with a white claw (mango flavored). I guess I didn't read the menu thoroughly. But I was pleasantly surprised. The decor itself was impressive (High beams and studio lighting, with motorcycles as decorations). I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have a bar area. Overall, good spot.

Not sure what's going at this location but for the last 3 times that I've ordered this (and worse) has been the quality. Today I just happened to snap a picture of the fries Ever since Paisans started to open up more locations their quality at the 16th street location has gone down to the floor! Is so saddening given the fact that this has always been my favorite pizza but prices have gone up and quality has gone down! I hope the owners don't overlook this and get their business together because they will be loosing a loyal customer there's no way I can continue to order something and get extremely salty cold pizza, idk if I should even call these fries?! And mozzarella sticks that are so salty, watery and the cheese is coming off the top! Spent $45 for all this mess.....

Really disappointed in what supposed to be a large fries is more like a small. Definitely won't be going back, the location in berwyn is so much better.

I ordered a Margarita for $13 n I received a 4oz tumbler full of ice. Three sips and it was gone. $13, I don't have a problem paying $13 but not for 4oz tumbler. Pizza is ok nothing to brag about. I ordered traditional wings they brought me no bone in wings I could have just ordered chicken breast. Waiter was very nice.
