Stopped by here for dinner after being in the city for the night.. Seemed like one of the best crowd pleasers for our larger group..Excellent happy hour prices and menu, which we all appreciated. Ordered largely off of that. Drinks were standard, food was I would say average and unremarkable..Service was excellent and attentive, which is also more noticeable in a larger group.Above average experience with nothing coming out exceptionally positive or negative.

Let's start with a few disclaimers... I didn't eat, but couple of blokes at the bar ordered and it looked good. So I'll move onto the reason it gets high marks... two pints of Guinness and both were poured correctly. Service was fair, but the ambiance speaks to a local bar so better if you know the servers. Be friendly... it'll get you a lot farther.

surprisingly good little spot. Great whiskey selection, happy hour bartender was sweet and attentive. food definitely exceeded my expectations - the Irish Dip was sooooo good. Corned beef instead of beef, and the corned per was yummmmmmbartender that came in for the post happy hour shift was not nearly as friendly but was still fine. i'd go back

Returned to Paddy Coyne's and they did not disappoint!! Wonderful service and delicious food! The drinks go down easy! I was able to capture the fun this time so I had to review and give them another thumbs up and this time I'll throw them My Hawaiian Shaka!!

I had a wonderful time here! Their corned beef is excellent! And everyone who worked here was super nice to us. I ordered the Irish nachos and the cheese sauce was fantastic. My girlfriend orders the corned beef sandwich every time she comes and just showed me her spot for the first time! They even have pretty good wine! The Chief (Mark Ryan red blend) is my favorite so far! We came on a Friday night and it was busy, but we didn't have to wait for a table! Prices were also pretty reasonable for the area!

Location and ambiance is really good and the service was great. The food (even for a bar / Irish pub) was below reasonable expectations however.Ordered 2 chicken strips for the kids, one was obviously over cooked and one wasn't. See pics We got the fried chicken bowl, which was chopped up chicken strips over mash potatoes and melted shredded cheese - not appealing. The drinks were great - especially for Happy hour.I'm still giving 4 stars because you gotta have reasonable expectations for a bar - but you got be able to expect consistency (especially for the same dish at the same table.)

We arrived late at night around midnight in the area and a lot of the restaurants were closed with this being the only option. But the food here was really good though. The seatings were pretty spacious and we can choose where to sit. We ordered the shrimp & grits fritters from the July specials menu and the fish and chips. Both dishes definitely hit the spot for comfort food and overall a nice meal. The fritters were perfectly done, not overly fried or anything. The fish and chips were also really good especially since we haven't had them in a while.

This isn't one of those places I would come back to if in the area. The mushroom soup sounded amazing, but it was just water and oil with chunks of mushrooms. The Cesar salad was ok. Nothing really superb. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were as generic as it gets while the only positive thing was the vegetables. Those did have lots of flavor. The potatoes were too bland and the meatloaf had a gritty texture to it that didn't really sit right. Service was just as okay. She seemed super irritated that we all asked for separate checks. She also didn't bring refills on beverages at all. I can't recommend this place to anyone, even if it was convenient to the hotel.

Fun Irish bar, with great spirits, very authentic atmosphere, excellent service and great food. I had the Guinness beef pie which was delicious and a shot of Writer's Tears. My kid had a Harp, and the Sausage Roll. Open late. Food later too! What a nice welcome after a long cross country flight.

Fun Irish dive bar that's great for both small and larger groups. Haven't tried the food here, only Guinness and Jameson - it runs about $7 for a Guinness on draft and about $10 for a shot of Jameson. Service is usually quick and staff are friendly. I've been here several times and it stays pretty consistent. The only downside is that there's only one bathroom inside and you may wait up to 15 min if there's a line or if it bar is fairly busy.
