This is the best Poke, the fish is always fresh, the portions are large and the restaurant itself is very clean. I highly recommend visiting.

Overall a good experience at Pacific Poke! We've been here twice and both times left full and happy. What I liked: - fresh and tasty ingredients. I went right when they opened and they seemed to have restocked all the fish, sides, salad, and condiments in the morning - the young female who works there is friendly and efficient- the bowls are filling and I appreciate how they give decent portions for the sides and fish - now they don't have a fee for credit card charges more than $15 Would definitely return again!

We found this place because my husband has been on the search for authentic Hawaiian shaved ice, and this place has it .... Except it didn't. When we got to the shop, they have it crossed off their menus and had all the hardware under bags on the countertop. We couldn't find out if this was temporary or permanent. Since we made the trek out here we decided to just grab lunch. The poke looked great, but they had very little of each (at noon). The food was great and filling. the fish appeared to be fresh. They had a lot of fresh toppings and sauces. We want to try this again and hope we can get that good shaved ice.

Decent poke in a pretty convenient location. They had less protein options than a lot of other places do but good selection of toppings. Prices were about what you would expect in that area.

Pacific Poke is about average compared to other poke places I've tried. $18 for two scoops of fish is a bit on the expensive side considering the portion size. I got Garlic Ahi and Shoyu Salmon but I couldn't really taste much Shoyu flavor from the Salmon and the additional sauces (Citrus Ponzu and Spicy Mayo) were also really light in flavor. They also don't have a lot of toppings to choose from. However, their fish tasted clean and fresh, their toppings were good, and the presentation of the food is excellent. The inside of the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

Just gotta say.. when I came back to the area in Feb, I was bummed to not be able to try this place out at the time. I was told by the two staff members (didn't catch their names, but they looked like siblings) that they don't freeze their fish (great that it's fresh, but didn't wanna risk eating super fresh fish while pregnant, even though I still ate fresh frozen seafood at the time. I told them I'd be back after I popped out my baby. Well, that time came yesterday and I had my husband pick up that poke bowl for me as my first meal post baby! Thank you so much to the manager/owner of taking care of my bowl for me! My husband also got two musubis - he loved the fact that the seaweed was STILL crunchy when he bit into it. Back to my amazing bowl that I'm still dreaming about... I got a poke bowl with: 2 proteins (garlic ahi & shoyu ahi), brown rice + greens, seaweed salad, crab salad, edamame, cucumber, pickled ginger, green onion, Furikake, fried onion, Sesame Seeds, & spicy garlic sesame soy -- I honestly wish I got another bc it was delicious, plus that spicy garlic shoyu sauce was bomb. We lived in Oahu for five years, so it just hit the spot. I wish we lived closer (we live in Point Loma), otherwise I'd eat this everyday. We'll definitely be back! :)

Heard good things about this place and have to check it out.I got a 2 scopes poke salad. The fish was fresh and deliciously marinated with sauce. Unlike other places with just cut up fish, this is really Hawaiian style with marinated sauce. I like spicy poke. The spicy level here was perfect for me. The crunchy fried onions as the garnish topping was the perfect addition to the meal. I don't remember a poke place with fried onions as a topping choice.I chose the spicy mayo as the sauce because it will go well with the fish. However, the server recommended me to add more liquidy sauce because I chose a salad instead of rice. The recommendation made a delicious meal even more enjoyable! Applause this above and beyond service! We will be back to try other items.

This wasn't the best poke place but it was the go-to poke place for our family. I went today and it looks like the owner changed. The ingredients weren't as fresh as they used to be, like cucumbers and mixed greens tasted soapy so we ended up throwing out most of the veggies we got in our bowls. And now they charge extra money if you use a credit card. The owner charged $0.64 extra for 1 protein bowl (the menu says $15.95 but I got charged $16.59 per bowl). My family won't be coming back to this place now.

Just finished my poke bowl and I'm still hungry. Their portions of fish are a 1oz. scoop. Less if all the fish doesn't come out of the scoop. The lady who I asked if that was a full portion seemed pretty annoyed by the question. Which 2 cubes of ahi was left in the scoop and I had to ask for it. It was just ok as far as flavor goes. The presentation needs work. Put the ginger in the side of bowl. It's to cleanse the palette, not be a consistent flavor throughout. I got the ginger, then they dumped the furikake on the ginger. The place looks barebones as far as decor goes. A lot of hand written signs. After tip, it was $19. I get rent is expensive here, but maybe open up in Vista or something? (therefore be able to charge less) I think they stay in business because kids from high school come over. High school don't quite know the value of a dollar yet.

The poke was awesome. Got a lot of fish in the large bowl, and it tasted fresh. I like how they don't have endless topping options, as a limited selection helps with decision-making. It was clear that the main point of the bowl was the fish (which is how it should be), and that they weren't trying to fill up the volume with too much rice or other toppings. Devoured my bowl too fast to take a photo.
