So Pablo y Pablo is more well known for their lunch and dinner offerings but my wife and I went for breakfast and it did not disappoint. I ordered the brisket skillet (pictured) and my wife ordered the veggie scramble. Both meals were very tasty! The skillet included brisket, peppers, pico de gallo, avocado, eggs and a crema to finish it off! I really enjoyed how it all came together. As for the coffee, no espresso offerings but it was good as far as breakfast cafe coffee goes. There was little to no one there, so it was a bit of a weird vibe. But that's circumstantial. The staff were kind and attentive. I highly recommend their breakfast and will be a return customer to try their dinner.

Came here for a late brunch and 10/10 experience. The horchata was incredible. Had the pork carnitas hash which was covered in the best chipotle hollandaise sauce, which sounds spicier than it was. A friend got the dolce de leche French toast and loved it, but she wish he got a side to balance out the sweetness. Can't wait to come back and try the dinner menu. Really polite staff as well!

Carlos gave us great service during brunch!Breakfast tacos - you're able to order any of the tacos a la carte, instead of the 2 tacos plus side combo. The breakfast tacos specifically have potatoes inside, so if you get the combo - you'll get double potatoes.Brisket Skillet - this is served in a cast iron skillet, so it was still sizzling when it got to the table. There was more brisket in this skillet than I thought there would be, so this was very filling. The potatoes were crispy and delicious. It could have used a tad more salt, but that was an easy fix with a sprinkle at the table.I had a hot toddy(unspiked) to drink and it was truly a cup of warmth and comfort. The bartender made my cousin a custom drink - he even came to the table for a bartender consultation. After some questions, they ended up with a smoky breakfast-ish Old Fashioned! It's a simple interior, so very chill. I'd recommend Pablo y Pablo for a lowkey brunch

Yummy!! This place is so cute for brunch. They have a lot of variety of texmex items on the menu from tacos, burritos, to bowls. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I really like the potato's here. I like how they have indoor and outdoor seating. The drinks are also tasty. We got some mimosas and they were nice and sweet w/ good amount of champagne. Service was super helpful and friendly. Food came out promptly which we appreciated.

We received amazing services and were check on through out the night. The nachos were flavorful and pretty filling, one of my favorites that we got that night. The crispy fish taco was soft and crispy at the same time.

Updating the review here to say that the prices remain high at Pablo Y Pablo but there are a few ways to ensure you're still getting a good deal! One is their happy hour which is currently M-F 4 - 5:30pm and Sat-Sun 3 - 5:30pm. Weekend happy hours are less common around Seattle so this has been great to visit! Second tip is NACHOS. Their nachos easily serve two people and the meat prices are still a bit much to add protein, but they definitely give you a great portion. Finally, to cut alcohol cost I tried their mocktails and while it's hard to be there without one of their margaritas in hand, I was really impressed with their pina granada!

I'm so glad I discovered this trendy Mexican spot!My group of 3 visited on a Friday evening. The place was pretty packed - we were initially told it would be a 30 minute wait but ended up being seated in 5 mins! This place would be great for catching up with friends or a date. Its a little more upscale and has that trendy vibe. We loved their margaritas! Our table ordered the hibiscus strawberry marg , tamarind and ginger marg, and spicy marg and each of them was so tasty. I LOVED my hibiscus strawberry marg! For food, we each ordered 2 tacos. I loved the bahn mi taco, it was really flavorful. The fried baja fish taco was disappointing imo - it didn't have a lot of flavor and felt like eating a giant batter fried fish. I wish I'd chosen another taco.

Three of us arrived for Sunday brunch at 12:45. We had no problem finding a table inside. Although brunch goes until 3, it really starts to clear it by the early afternoon. Two of ordered tacos: chipotle braised chicken, baja fish, spiced steak, and sweet potato & poblano between us. We both liked the chipotle braised chicken the best, although my friend raved about the sweet potato & poblano (which I did not try, but will try the next time I go). The baja fish was okay: battered and fried. I've had better. Personally I prefer grilled fish if I'm going to have fish in tacos. The third member of our party ordered the chilaquiles with braised chicken. The chilaquiles consist of tortilla chips (softened through cooking, but still holding their shape), sauteed kale, onion-pepper rajas, corn, jack cheese, fried eggs, cotija and (in his case) the green sauce. And of course, the braised chicken. We all sampled this dish and it was absolutely delicious. I think I may order it the next time I come for brunch.Because we were on the late side, we had hoped to try their jalapeño pancakes, but they had long since run out. Disappointed, but I guess you have to be on the earlier side to try that dish.We all had the draft beer, which was Diamond Knot Lager, which accompanied the food well.

After driving past this restaurant almost daily for a year, a friend and I decided to stop in for dinner. I'm so glad we did! We were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait but a table became available in less than 10 minutes. We started with appetizers and drinks off the happy hour menu - we got the chips and guacamole and the brussel spouts to share. For my entree I got a Baja fish taco and the pork bahn mi taco. The tortillas seem to be homemade and the flavors were fantastic.Would definitely go back now that I know what I've been missing out on!

Came here to meet a friend for a Friday 3pm happy hour.Sweet location and beautiful interior. I haven't been to the other locations in the city but really enjoyed the big windows and vibe of the place. Saw a few folks solo dining too which to me is always a good sign of a place where ppl feel really comfortable.Service was friendly and not overbearing. Really enjoyed their HH bites and drinks.
