I always have food delivered and I must say it's always warm. Tif I am in the mood for Chinese this place hasn't let me down yet. Good service.

Their food is dry. They don't give the fried wonton like the Bellaire location. Very inconsistent. I spent $60 here tonight and tipped as well. Very disappointed. I won't visit this location anymore. A waste of money tonight.

So I was craving some good Chinese food and this was closeby in the area I'm in.I ordered the Chicken and Chinese Eggplant in Garlic sauce ($13.xx according to their screen) since it was cheaper than the dinner special Beef and Chinese Eggplant in Garlic sauce ($16.xx). But when it was time for me to pay the bill was $19.xx + tax (and tip even though there wasn't much of a table service). I would have not mind it so much but the board says my order was less than the dinner special but it wasn't so. I paid more... $7 more is not a big deal but being hoodwinked is. I hate to say this but I never had a great experience with Chinese businesses, they're always deceptive, specially this one. I've Chinese friends and even they claim Chinese/Asian ran businesses are about profits and not customer service, so bend over get screwed. It's bollocks.The food was decent though the sauce was overly too sweet, since they eyeball ladle the sugar just like every other ingredients whilst cooking. Would I go back again? F*CK NO! Expect this place to deceive you with their prices, it's the nature of their business practices. You're either oblivious to it or you just don't care whilst they laugh their way to the bank over sh*te Americanized Chinese food disguised as "Authentic Chinese Food" as their sign says. It's all "snake oil", and this time... the jokes on you since there ain't anything authentic about Americanized Chinese food. The owner have got kids to send to cowllege and every bit of deceptive trade in their "board"/TV screens prices helps. I don't mind paying the higher prices but don't cheat people into paying more than what's posted in the menu board. ABSOLUTE F*CKING WANKERS!!!

Good service, kind and helpful when ordering. Yummy crab puffs. Lunch special was worth it, you can choose between 3 soups.

Sooo good and open late. I ordered on Postmates and everything was packaged very carefully. They have a ton of vegetarian options; I got the Kung Pao Tofu, Crispy Tofu Salad and Veggie Egg Rolls. Everything was literally 5/5 stars. It all tasted super fresh except for the cilantro which I feel was just a small bit limp. The tofu was perfectly cooked, just crispy and firm enough. The kung pao sauce had just the right amount of kick and it had hot sauce and peanuts on the side which made it even better. The portion sizes were very generous and the price was more than fair for what you receive. I will definitely return.

I live down the block and had been interested in trying this place but had been discouraged due to the reviews. I should have listened.My first takeout order was good, so I decided to place a second order the very next day. When I arrived to pick up my order they were going to give me the wrong item. A bao instead of a Bahn-mi; when I informed them the order was wrong they got annoyed. They tried to imply I had made an error in ordering but my first order was made correctly, so the error was made by whoever took the order. The music was very loud so that may have been an issue. However even that was not enough to frustrate me to enough to write this review. What was truly frustrating is that they charged me for the wrong item because "they could not change it" and instead offered me a drink for the difference. Horrible practice. I will not be returning to this place. Silver Linings: The portions are generous and the pork belly flavorful and soft.

The food was delicious! Our favorite was the fried rice, my husband had beef and I had chicken. Wonton soup was super yummy. Portions were good for the dinner special I had leftovers. The general tso chicken I had was good as well, huge chunks; it was a bit more on the sweeter side than I normally would have expected, but it was absolutely delicious. What surprised us was they had jarritos as an option for drinks which was a plus in our books. Ambiance was laid back and was peaceful! We love this place!

I've been coming here for over a year and I'm always happy with the food. Portions are huge. You get so much food and it taste good. It's a great value. Menu is extensive and food is tasty. I've never had an issue with the food or service. It's a basic American Chinese place so manage expectations. But a good deal.

The seaweed salad delivered has mold growing on it in two places we can see. Pretty disgusting. It turned us off the whole meal, unfortunately.

I purchased vegetable egg roles. After I ate one I noticed a white slimy substance and I freaked out. I was hoping it was not meat but I know what meat looks like. This looked very weird and something I've never seen before. I called and asked what came in the veggie eggrolls. The lady advised me carrots, cabbage and celery. I told her this is none of those and described what it was. She said maybe it's chicken and asked if I wanted to come back and pick up a new order. I told her it's not chicken. The lady could NOT TELL ME WHAT I ATE. She could not tell me what this ingredient was. I asked for a Manager and she said they do not have one. This will be LAST time going and I will make sure EVERYONE knows
