So Oxbow basically has all of my favorite things in one place: pizza, bagels cheesecake, a nice place to sit and catch up with friends, wide variety of drinks (wine, coffee). I think we went back 3 separate times to order different things, including taking a half dozen bagels back home for later. Will definitely be coming back, especially might try to come earlier in the day as it seemed some of their pastries and baked goods sell out toward the afternoon.

Popped in for a quick bite before exploring the arboretum. Had a slice of the ratatouille and pesto pizzas and they were both so good! Service was great and the chai was spicy!!!

Solid coffee, killer bagels, great pizza by the slice! The cafe itself has good space, high ceilings, single stall bathrooms. Bakery and kitchen action on the left, cafe on the right, and seating straight back.Lots of their goods are from sea wolf which is always great. Fun pizza by the slice options. That good spicy chai too! Food was so good I forgot to take photos but managed to get a half of a pizza slice, so you'll just have to take my word on it LOL.

I really enjoyed my morning when I stopped by here! I've been meaning to check this place out and I'm so glad I did! It's essentially Seawolf's sister bakery; they have some Seawolf classics stocked here like the pecan roll and sourdough loaves!I ordered a toasted everything bagel with roasted jalapeño cream cheese and I loved the flavors together! They were generous with the cream cheese and the bagel had the perfect crispy exterior with a soft and chewy interior. I really loved this place and would love to come back to try more of their bagels! It's also nice knowing I can stop by here for a delicious artisan slice of pizza or Seawolf classics that is a bit closer than the actual seawolf location.I also got an oat milk cortado to stay since the ambiance of this place was so peaceful I had to stay a little longer. There's plenty of seating, vaulted ceilings, and soft music. It's my definition of cozy!

Came here to try their bagels since it consistently gets ranked top on several best bagels in Seattle lists by true bagel fanatics. Although I ended up being much more impressed with the place (ambience, focus on high quality ingredients and presentation, open kitchen concept, and it's so clean!) Everything here looked amazing - we only got a half dozen bag of bagels which were really good (a little bit salty and on the denser side for my preference but still a solid bagel with a good crust). There was consistently a line here but it moves fast. Ample seating and they have a coffee bar for drinks as well.

This review is for bagels onlyGrowing up in the northeast and eating NY/NJ bagels almost daily, I know what a good bagel is. Unfortunately, these bagels are not good and pretty disappointing for such a great bakery. For the price, they are quite small and underwhelming. They are also very dense. I tried having one without toasting it first and my jaw was sore from how dense the inside is and how tough the crust is. Toasting makes it a bit easier to eat, but it's still not as soft or chewy as I prefer them to be. Do not get these bagels with the expectation that they'll be similar to NY bagels.

Always excited to hear about a new bagel/bakery to try out as there are many greats in the Seattle area. When I went it was quite busy, and the place is split into the bakery on one side and the coffee bar on the other. I got some bagels, a slice of pizza, and some baked goods.Nothing was good to me really. When you stand to compete with greats like Sea Wolf, Noveau, Loxsmith, Coyle...you gotta bring your A game or get out of the way. This place didn't even come close. Texture, flavor, freshness of everything was lacking and can't recommend the specific things I had there. Maybe I got the wrong things but I feel like I had enough to know this wasn't up to the standards of the competition here. Hoping they improve over time.

I was craving a bagel and really wanted to love this place! Easy way to order at the counter and service was nice. The price of a toasted bagel with cream cheese was pretty pricey. Over $6 for a bagel?! Where am I, what year is it, why so expensive?! Why is cream cheese so expensive?! Anyways, I got over paying a small bagel fortune but sadly the bagel was so hard on the outside and I didn't care for the amount of caraway seeds on the top. Saaaaad! The amount of scallion cream cheese was solid. Overall, I will probably be trying something other than the bagel if I make it back to this shop.

Dragged myself out of bed early morning to head to Oxbow for a breakfast bagel. I've been meaning to come here, but I haven't had enough discipline to get out of bed early enough during the weekends. As a dedicated bagel enthusiast, I went all in and snagged a half-dozen assortment to mix things up during the week. The bagels were delicious and crispy, but they were a smidge too salty and tough to chew. Also, the seasonings don't stick, and it ends up getting everywhere even if they were bagged to-go. Overall, I'd still return and consider this my new bagel plug!

Breakfast here this past weekend was good. It was our first visit, and the menu/ ordering was a bit confusing... I'm not sure why, tho. I had a cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter. He had an everything bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese, red onion, and capers. I think the "CC" on the menu may have been missed because he thought there would actually be smoked salmon on the bagel. They do have a smoked salmon sandwich... but sure how that is different because the font list what is in their sandwiches. I had a Chai, he had the only decaf tea, and we got an apple maple hazelnut scone. The bagels and some were delicious. The peanut butter is crunchy and salty, which was good... but I'll probably get something else next time. The Chai was good. I loved that they waited to deliver his tea until it was done steeping.
