Over Easy Deer Valley

The location is easy to get to, it's bright, colorful, airy and clean.The hostess was friendly, great big smile. Our server, Emma, was on point! We had a party of 5 and she was patient, friendly, all smiles and attentive. Our food came out in a decent time and it was hot. No one complained about their food. I had the avocado bread and it was actually one of the best ones I've had. Yummy!The restroom was clean, the floor was a little moist and slippery, but they did have a sign that said 'wet floor'.This is definitely a breakfast spot to try out if you're in the Glendale area.

My friend and I were having an impromptu breakfast meetup and were looking for somewhere halfway between us. Over Easy was a good choice. We got a table right away and our waiter was really nice. He asked if we'd been there before and gave some recommendations, as well as enough time to really look over the menu. We both did the 2 Egg Breakfast and it came with a choice of a potato side, a bread side AND a choice of a meat side. I got the potato O'Brien which were mixed with peppers and onions with sourdough toast and bacon. My friend got the hash browns, the biscuit, and the bacon. The biscuit was a jalapeño cheddar and if you choose gravy to go with it, the side of gravy is $2 extra. Our waiter was nice enough to give us the heads up on that. The bacon was long and crispy with really good flavor. The portions were a really good size. If you need something to start your meal, they have some starters including a Pound of Bacon (reminds me of Ron Swanson a la Parks and Rec). The menu also has "Brunch'tails" like mimosas, cocktails, bloody Mary's, spiked coffees, seltzers, and kombuchas. They have a mimosa flights and you can get a pitcher of their Brunch Punch. This is a Diners, Drive-ins and Dives Spot but it's a very cute local franchise. It's bright, fun and not divey at all. It's a good go to option if you usually find yourself in the AZ heat waiting and sweating at places like Snooze and First Watch.

Went on a Sunday morning, obviously during rush. We were a party of 5 and it seemed a party that came after us got seated before. Oh well.Only 2 small benches is waiting area or sit outside and wait for 35-45 min.Food was ok, it was too busy for our waitress to ask how everything was, or ask if we needed anything else. I had to ask for a refill while she was grabbing my completed dish.Ketchup was empty and staff never came by to see if all was good. It's just odd, servers may be busy but take time to ask customers if they need anything.I still tipped over 20% because I understand there are always other factors. Just really wasn't impressed with the service and the additional wait time past what I was told.Probably wouldn't come back on a weekend.

Amazing!!! We were looking for something new & different. As soon as we arrived, we could tell this was a good spot & a few groups were already waiting. We were ok with in or outside as they have a really cute patio with misters & after first being told 20 min wait (not bad) we were offered seats at the bar area stools instead. We took them. We were inside but it was also open on the other side to the outdoor patio. It was still very comfortable & service was fast. We ordered an iced cold brew which had amazing flavor due to a cinnamon cardamon syrup, a Monte Cristo, which was so good, it was amazing...and a Cuban breakfast type sandwich with egg that was also absolutely delicious. They need to open more of these!

Average chain restaurant. Brought my two boys here and it was difficult to find anything that stood out or was amazing. Food was good, not great. Service was good not great. All in all it is alright but not for us.

Perhaps one of the biggest foibles of this place is the fact that you can't even make reservations. We got here on a Saturday morning and it was a 30 minute wait. I tried out their over easy iced cold brew (essentially a sweet version of their original cold brew) which was tasty (no refills) and a Churro French toast. The food was above average and the service was straightforward. Our party of 4's bill came out to $107.13 (includes tax and tip). Parking is easy to find in the private lot despite how busy it was in the morning.

Had a great time at this location ! The vibe was very upbeat & calming had a delicious ice coffee w/ some tasty chicken & waffles !!! Our server Aurea, had such a warm welcoming

This is my first time at this location. I might've been to the one in Scottsdale, but I can't remember. I guess I wasn't that excited about it. ‍This place has a nice open design and modern look. My server was very attentive. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs. It was very good, but slightly greasy. It's made in house as opposed to being frozen, which is rare. The gravy, was just okay. Fortunately, I got it on the side since I'm pretty picky about my gravy. I enjoyed the coffee, it was strong and tasty. My breakfast was a bit pricey at $17.95. What is the deal with rounding up to the nearest dollar? My bill was $23.52. I paid $40. $16.48 in change is what I expected, but got $16. I don't mean to be a tightwad, but why not round in the customers favor? I was a little annoyed by that.... Go ahead, call me an old fart. I would go back again, but Matts Big Breakfast is only a mile away and that's my favorite place on this side of town.

First visit here and we had a great experience and loved the unique selection on their menu. It's nice to Mix it up and have some new options for a change. Fun loud music playing, but you could still hear the person sitting with you at the table so that was nice. Great lighting and overall all staff seemed very helpful and friendly- refreshing! Speed of service was great and our food had lots of flavor. We will definitely be back for more to try some fun boozy drinks next time and some different food options. Also saw a dog on patio- so dog friendlyToo! Parents: Ps I didn't see a changing table in the restroom, but I didn't go in all of them; there are 4 individual solo stalls.

The service was good. Our server was attentive and checked on us often. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, however, I was not impressed with the food! I was disappointed in the lack of flavor.
