Outrider Rooftop Lounge

It's a cute rooftop bar for the Scottsdale area! The chairs by the ledge are very deep so you can't really sit back without putting your legs up (I'm also only 5'2") but they're comfy. The dinner menu isn't that extensive so don't plan on being full per se. Not great if you're gluten free :/. But I was able to get the salmon poke and it was quite tasty! My friend had the meatballs and ate it all, so guessing he liked that. I had the blackberry nojito (mock cocktail) and it was pretty good - not too sweet which I liked. Servers checked in on us multiple times but didn't offer water unless we asked. It's June in Arizona so it's hot but we went at 8:15 at night so it wasn't too bad! Cute lights, good vibes. I liked being able to stand and view the scenery below from my table.

A popular rooftop bar at canopy Hilton old town Scottsdale. It's best to make reservations during sunset hours. It was packed and most people weren't hotel guests from what I'v noticed. We came here late night because the temperatures were much better than day times. I can't deal with heat so I refuse to stay outside during the day! The cocktails were very good pours and so strong. Bartenders were so friendly and chatty. I find a lot of people in Arizona had never been to Los Angeles. They seem to be envious of where we live. LOL A great place for drinks and views!

Came here with some friends for some drinks during sunset and we all had such a nice time. This rooftop is super cute and has a great view and good drinks.

Fantastic sunset city views and free to public to go up to rooftop bar.Easy to head to bar and order drinks, but they have limited staff for ordering food. Best to make a reservation if you plan to have a meal and stay a while, but if you want to just grab a drink and mill around it is easy to do.Loved the seating around the fire and they put out lots of heat so you won't get cold. Plenty of other high top seating as well.Pro tip:Eat at one of the local restaurants first then head here for a drink and sunset view to close out the evening

Had a great time at outrider for a ladies night! Great views, great service and great food & drinks! Had the spicy margaritas & burrata and our waitress recommended the frose (frozen rose) which was amazinggg. Will definitely be coming back! My friends had the paradiso which was a delicious mezcal drink & also chips and salsa & pretzel bites all amazing!

We arrived promptly at 7:20 for our 7:30 reservation. We were seated right away. Our drink order was taken within minutes. We had a table with a great view. Ambiance was business casual. The restaurant is on the top floor of The Canopy Hilton hotel. Once we had our wine & mimosa we ordered a few plates to share (spicy garlic shrimp & meat plate) The spicy garlic shrimp came with some bread to dip in sauce. It was good but not great. The meat plate had 2 kinds of cheese, 3 meats, crackers, bread, fog jam, olives & pickled cauliflower. I liked it better. Our waiter (Tony) was very attentive & checked on us often. Date of Visit: 1/15/2024The best place to watch sunset in Scottsdale area! We made the reservation around 1 hour ahead, and were sitted to at the side facing north. And we switched to the side facing west to watch sunset and the amazing color off the sky. The drinks were just ok but the view was amazing. Definitely worth visiting during the golden magic hour!

Great place for a sunset watch and the Canopy looks to be a cool little hotel. We had great drinks, friendly service and the view was awesome!

Amazing service! Delicious food and drinks and the views are incredible! William took care of us and he was a joy to interact with.
