I ordered to go and was not a fan. I got the tagliatelle bolognese and it looked nothing like the photo on their website. A lot of the pasta was dry and undercooked. Huge chunks of beef rather than an actual sauce.I think the kitchen is not consistent because it seems as most people are enjoying their meals but then there are several bad reviews about the food quality. If I was the owner, I would be looking to find out which one of my cooks doesn't know what their doing because clearly someone is messing people's food up.

Honestly, the service was good and the waitress and hostess were really nice. The food was just SO MID though it does NOT justify the price. $75 just to have some mediocre "Italian" food. I had the campanelle and tagliatelle. It would have been good Italian food if you've only ever eaten Chef Boyardee for your whole life. The pasta was crunchy on the ends (undercooked) and the onion soup tasted like it came from a soup packet. You could make better sauce with Ragu and some garlic powder. If you want to be overcharged for bland food come to Osteria Mia.

I was actually hoping to go to the State 48 Rock House, but their kitchen was closed at 8:30 PM which I thought was odd. Well, the good news was that I ended up here. For what was indeed a slow middle of the week night service was brilliant from start to finish. The Fritto Misto - Tempura battered zucchini, summer squash and artichoke hearts with a side of lemon zest aioli to start was amazing. Light, not greasy, and very tasty.For my main I had a Grilled Romaine Salad - Half a head of romaine lettuce grilled and topped with a caesar dressing, croutons, grape tomatoes, red onions and parmesan frico with shrimp. It was great!Though it wasn't the Rock House I still managed a new beer here too. I was very happy coming here. The place wasn't that big, but it felt roomy and comfortable.

Celebrated our anniversary tonight and our server was incredible. We absolutely loved the Frito Misto as an appetizer, although it was on the happy hour menu but wasn't on our check at the happy hour price, it was incredible. So not sure how they do happy hour but maybe just confirm what's on there before you order, if it matters to you. Our favorite entre was the Gemelli, I would come back just for that!! Our server was wonderful, she brought cannolis for dessert for us to celebrate which was so sweet.

Arrivederci!!! I would personally like to welcome you to this fantastic establishment. The service wasn't the only delectable thing about our experience. The food was as well! We were immediately greeted. I asked our incredible server which items he liked best and he gave me honest feedback. I started with a Ceaser salad and some red wine. His presentation was flawless and the wine was impeccable!! I got the black truffle pasta dish. The sausage added so much flavor!! It was creamy but not too creamy! Added the right amount of flavor. My colleague had the chicken parm and I'll be trying that next time around. Because there most definitely will be a next time. Also the tiramisu, raspberry sorbet and lemon cheesecake were all chef's kiss!

The best food at Norterra! My coworkers and I always come here for celebratory lunches and it is consistently good! We've tried at least half the pizzas and pastas on the menu and we clean the plates every time. The mussels are also awesome; I like the red sauce best. The ambiance and service could use some improvement to match the quality of the food :)

Some friends live in the area and I was invited so decided to get on I-17 and start driving. I had heard good things but was met with disappointment. It felt like a suburban strip mall pseudo Italian place. The food was simply put, not great. The charcuterie board didn't inspire much flavor; we ordered more bread and by the time it came it wasn't much help. The chicken parm, my go to when dining at a new Italian place, was dry and overcooked. The sauce didn't have any zip and the spaghetti was cold and bland. The young lady who served us was friendly but overall a miss.

This restaurant was absolutely amazing, may be the best Italian food I've had in my lifetime. Are used to love a place in Las Vegas, as well as a place in Illinois. This definitely ranks as one of the top that I've ever had. The other thing that is amazing, was the service by our server. Our server, her name was Kayla was absolutely amazing. We had a party of 30 and she made us all feel welcomed, and she had a very contagious. Smile that made everybody happy. to be in a building as big as this, with a party of our size, is not always easy but she made it seem like it was normal for her. Truly, this industry needs 1000 more of her. Thank you for the amazing service, and the amazing food.

Have been wanting to try Osteria Mia for a while now. Service was great and the food....YUM! We ordered the meatballs(ok, because we like our meatballs a bit spicier than they make), brussel sprouts(OMG SO GOOD), beet salad(it can be ordered with chicken and make a great meal on its own) & Cacio e Pepe with chicken(will be ordering this again!). Hubby and I share meals and without us asking, instead of bring a second plate, they split the salad and entree onto separate plates for us! That was very considerate & thoughtful of them! The music inside wasn't too loud for conversation and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We will be back!
