Saw all the positive reviews and decided to check this place out. So glad we did!In a nondescript strip mall you might miss it unless you knew it was there, but it's worth a trip. Very friendly staff and delicious food that leaves you feeling full and full of good food at that. The place is clean and well appointed with nice decor. We will be back to try some more items off this great menu.

I came in here late on a Sunday evening with a group of 6. The place was busy and we got sat in our own little private area which made it fun! They unfortunately ran out of the OSH which is what we were hoping to try, but they were accommodating and gave us some free food to make up for it. But hey, selling out of something is a sure sign that it is indeed delicious! All the food we got was tasty. I am a sucker for hummus and I loved theirs. I will be coming back here to hopefully try the osh

More people should be talking about the Uzbek food at Osh restaurant. The ambiance feels homey and perfect for families (yes, they have high chairs). You can admire some of the traditional Uzbek tea sets and other decor as you also check out their extensive menu. Portions are huge and definitely meant to share. We left stuffed to the gills. The suzma as an appetizer was deliciously tangy. The Uzbek bread to share was also freshly made! By the time we tucked into the lamb jiz-biz as a main, we were pretty full: however, it was still a fantastic decision and was spiced perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We asked several questions since we were pretty new to the cuisine, and our waitress was patient and informative. The parking lot has plenty of spots, but it can get a little chaotic given the busy street it's off of - be careful driving in and out.

Wonderful time try out the lovely cuisine at OSH.The service was great and the food incredibly delicious. The OSH was amazing- comfort food! Lamb served over seasoned pilaf. Fragrant with a slight touch of sweetness from the raisins.

OSH Restaurant & Grill is an Uzbekistan restaurant, similar to foods in the Balkan area. The cuisine has some Turkish, Kazakh, Mongolian, and Korean influences. I found this restaurant from Yelp's top 100 restaurant list, and I knew I had to visit it when I was in Nashville, TN. You can make reservations on OpenTable. I made a reservation several days prior to arriving. However, I did not need them at lunchtime (not sure how full it gets during dinner hours). There is a private lot shared with other businesses on the strip. FOOD:1. Sampler Platter, 4/5 (Suzma {yogurt-based cheese}, Hummus, and Ikra {eggplant, tomato, pepper, and onion}):-Suzma: Good. -Hummus: Average.-Ikra: Delicious.2. Uzbek Bread, 3/5 (Homemade Uzbek Bread): OK. I wasn't too impressed. We ate this with the other condiments within the sampler platter.3. OSH Special, 3/5 (Rice Pilaf, Braised Lamb, Carrots, Yogurt, and Achicuk Salad {tomato and onion}): Essentially, it's braised lamb pieces mixed with rice pilaf and cooked carrots. Occasionally, I would get the lamb and dip it to the yogurt on the side. The side salad was a nice refreshing taste to balance out the other flavors.4. Lamb Kebab, 4/5 (Marinated Lamb Skewers, Rice Pilaf, and Grilled Vegetables): The seasoning within the lamb skewers were delicious. The lamb was juicy and cooked just right. However, the lamb loin was clearly the winner. I highly recommend ordering that if you are not sure what to get! There was only one server around lunch, and it took a while to get everything, including our drinks. However, we were the only table (AKA first customers) for about 40 minutes before other groups of people arrived. Overall, this restaurant is simple and casual.Would I come back? Yes.

You have to try this place! If you have never heard of Uzbek cuisine, join the club, but you have to add it to the mix. I travel weekly and want to try something new as I travel, and this did not disappoint. Try the Osh!! Service is quick and the place is quaint.

My young daughter and I had a good time here. I give her credit to try some food way out of her comfort zone . We had both the fried meat dumplings and lamb dumplings to start . We enjoyed both . My daughter favored the fried ones but enjoyed both . We didn't factor in the complementary pita and yogurt cheese sauce . She couldn't finish dinner . Trying so much we failed to leave rooom for dessert. Would have liked to try the Turkish coffee and baklava. I had the OSH which was very tasty . I tried my daughter's lamb kebab which was very tender . Likely it will be her lunch tomorrow as I said eyes were bigger than our stomach tonight ! Service was pleasant and food came quickly. The yogurt drink was the only food out of the young girl's comfort zone . Would certainly come back

I really enjoyed my first visit to this Uzbeki restaurant. My server, Bager was so welcoming and friendly. I have never tried this type of cuisine before but he recommended that I try some classic dishes, like Osh, Chicken Samsa, and Compote. Everything was so delicious, and the recommendations were so helpful. I highly recommend this place for good food, service & ambiance.

My wife and I spent years living in Moscow, where there is an abundance of delicious Central Asian fare, and Osh is some of the best I've ever had. From the food quality, to the menu, to the service, this place is now one of my favorite restaurants in the city. For your first time,Make sure to try the Osh, but get a few other dishes to share with the table to get a feel for what they can do. There's so much there and it's all great!
