Oscar’s Taco Shop

Ok folks.... This place is legit! In fact we visited Oscar's twice during our visit and would have gone a third time if still in the area. This small local establishment has the best tacos. Burritos, salsa, etc... seriously. First night we ordered a bean tostada, a beef and bean burrito, an al pastor taco, and chips and salsa.....delish!They use fresh ingredients on their tostada and the pico is excellent. I don't know what they do to their refried beans but OMG.... So so good! The pork was so tender and flavorful and they use thicker corn tortillas for their tacos which is a plus. Salsa...... I want a gallon of it.The next morning we stopped in for a breakfast burrito..... we got the chorizo and egg with potatoes. I make my own chorizo so I am very picky..... theirs was spot on...it was not greasy at all ... it was flavorful and spicy... I want a pound of it for my freezer! I wish we had been in the area another day to go back to try the rolled up tacos and more. Do not pass this place up.....

Yum! Yum! Yum! Amazing tacos! A cute little restaurant that is very clean and has friendly staff.You order at the counter and they bring out your food when it's ready, along with hot and mild sauce. Today I had the shredded beef taco. Delicious! Fresh, crispy shell with a generous portion of beef, lettuce, cheese and tomato.My husband had a fish taco, served street taco style and he said it was outstanding!The menu is extensive and I'll be back to try other things but this is definitely my new fav taco place!

So much flavor, clean vibe and awesome service! Oscar's is the ultimate fast casual spot in Surprise, Arizona! Ordered the carne asada fries + chicken taco & shredded beef enchilada. Straight ! Also usually judge a place by their rice & beans but no complaints! Actually really enjoyed them and devoured the whole plate. I also can't get over how clean this place was - the staff even sweeped up after us as we walked out.

Excellent food. Ive sampled a wide variety to be able to leave a review I feel good about. Enchiladas, carne asada burrito, fish & shrimp tacos and shredded beef tacos all excellent & full of flavor. Trip today tried a chorizo, egg & cheese burrito also excellent. Only downside is the hot sauce cups are tiny so you need to ask for a ton of them because the salsas are good as well. Highly recommend as pricing isn't much more than taco bell but much higher quality. Wish they had a drive thru.

Winding down at the close of the day! And even at the end of day I was met with hellos and welcome in! My food was hot, fresh, and super good. I called in my order. I got there, paid and left. Nice and easy just like I like it. Lol. I ordered pollo asada fries with no sour cream. Added beans and pico de gallo! Yesssss!! It was clean inside as always! Smelled fresh, freshly mopped. I'm so happy they are right down the street. Thanks Oscars for reppin great deliciousness for us Mexican food-lovers!!! I'm from San Diego and this hits home for me!!

Love the breakfast burritos.Also tried quesadillas and tacos. Both were really good as well. The quesadilla is loaded... so good!

I have to give it a 4 star only because my food connoisseur son was disappointed in his buffalo fries. I told him it's a taco shop. Lol. He expected more from them then he got. Not quantity but taste, style presentation. The Happy Meal was delicious! Tacos were hot, beans delicious, made fresh and did not have to wait long even though it was pretty busy with patrons. Will definitely go there again.

Absolutely delicious. Great customer service. The food is always hot and prompt. Great quick place to eat good food.

This is by far the best taco shop around here!! They make sure to make your order correctly and with care!
