Orleans Restaurant

Went there for brunch with my wife and a friend. I had the breakfast burger, my wife had the egg benedict and our friend had the quesadilla. The burger was alright, the fries were ok too. The eggs benedict and quesadilla were both quite tasty. We all ordered iced coffees, and it was probably the worst coffee I've ever had. There were tons of coffee grains and it tasted like instant coffee. Service was good and atmosphere was pretty cool with the sports theme.

Orleans is a decent sports bar by Davis. They offer numerous fusion style food which are great snacks. The buffalo flavored dumplings were definitely a concept, and executes pretty well. I didn't know what to expect as this was the first time I've seen it, but I would get it again. It's exactly what it sounds like, nothing crazy. The birria tacos were meh. They're good if you havent tried birria tacos from a bomb mexican joint, but if you have then this might be disappointing. The meat was lacking birria flavor, and needs consome. The crispy chicken burger and fries were good. Nothing too special but gets the job done.

I was really hoping to enjoy this restaurant more than I did. Although some of the food was very good (the Birria tacos are delicious), some of the food like the jambalaya fell flat. After we placed our order, the staff barely checked in with us, and we even had to track someone down to get the check almost an hour after our food arrived. While it wasn't an ideal experience, some of the food was very tasty!

Went to Boston for the weekend not to long ago, stopped at Orleans restaurant and this place did not disappoint! Service was great, staff very friendly, food was incredible. Definitely be back next time I visit Boston!

We went here before the Slutcracker st Somerville Theater. It was the night before Xmas Eve and they were waiting on a big party. It was festive and homey at the same time. My butternut squash ravioli was good. The sauce was a bit sweet. But loved my husbands barrio tacos and the churros (serve with really good coffee ice cream) were delicious. The staff was nice. All around I very much liked this place! What was the good theme? No idea.

Great bar atmosphere with tasty food. They have awesome deals on week nights like 10 wings for $10 on Thursday. And the staff are very accommodating.

Rose might be the rudest person ive ever spoken to. Not only did they screw up the reservation but she was so nasty and mean. she gave me excuse after excuse as to why they didn't have it assigned properly and added weight list people even though i called and made a reservation more then 24 hours prior. She told me and i quote "you're a dick and you think your better then everyone else. " my friend was right next to me. Refused to seat me and my friends. She called me a dick and swore at me. I did not ever raise my voice or use inappropriate language in a public setting. She was abusive verbally and extremely unhelpful and rude. I am thinking of legal means after that verbal assault. All i asked was to be seated like i was promised and to be treated like everyone else. Rose treated us less than everyone else. She pushed us aside to seat everyone other than us even though we made proper reservations. I am calling the restaurant Tomorrow to speak with the owner or manager if not then I will report to the BBB and FTC and sec of state. This person Rose has no business dealing with people and the orleans is a terrible place. Rose not only ruined the evening but also soured the reputation of what was a nice place.I tried emailing Rich but they block incoming emails. FYI that's a huge red flag!

Worst Restaurant Experience of My LifeI have been a weekly customer of Orleans for the past 8 years. On the evening of May 14th, 2024 all that changed. A misunderstanding regarding a food order led to an interaction with the manager of the restaurant during which he displayed incredibly unprofessional behavior. He raised his voice and swore at me, physically touched me while arguing with me, and was extremely condescending towards me.I contacted the ownership group of the restaurant to submit a formal complaint about the behavior of their restaurant manager. In this formal complaint I provided details of the interaction and I offered the contact info of the people who witnessed this interaction. The ownership group got back to me and told that they talked to their manager and that they are confident that the manager's behavior won't happen again in the future. The ownership group also said that they had never received this type of complaint about their manager in the past.Due to the severity of the display of unprofessional behavior of their manager, I feel obligated to share this review with the patrons of Orleans restaurant. I want to leave a public record about the awful behavior of their manager towards me so that if anyone experiences the same treatment in the future, you can see this review and know that this is not the first time that the manager displays unprofessional/awful behavior towards a customer.I would like to advise you to be aware that if the manager is having a bad day, you could experience an interaction similar to mine. If you want to avoid this possibility, please go somewhere else. You will save yourself from an awful dinning experience, probably the worst in your life, like the one I have experienced.

I visited your restaurant yesterday on Jan. 3rd with a dear friend. We were impressed with all aspects of our visit. The ambiance was lovely, the staff extremely courteous and helfpul. Now to the food. While my friend ordered the enchiladas, I opted for a cobb salad, one of my favorites, and wasn't disappointed. The salad surpassed my expectations -- one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely return and, perhaps, order take away. I'm very pleased that my friend chose this lovely restaurant for our post-New Year celebration.Thank you again and I'll definitely see you soon.Karen

Late night is bullshit. Says open until 1 am and they kicked us out at 12:39 and were yelling at us. First time here and we're being super rude. Karaoke is cool but clearly they suck, don't trust their timing and go early I guess
