Today I am meeting a friend in the mall and I wanted a quick drink. I have been seeing the Zuru Ramen and poke shop lately and I decided to give it a try. I ordered the mango green tea fruit tea with strawberry popping Boba for seven dollars. I absolutely love where this business is located; it's not in the circle of restaurants along the edge of the mall it's right in the middle across from Yankee candle. They have everything from Boba tea, two milk tea, Ramen and poke bowls. I haven't had any of their Ramen yet but the lady at the counter said it's very yummy so I'm gonna have to try to different day. They have a order window and right next to it they have a to go window Dash along the whole restaurant they have a different anime comics. From Naruto to One Piece I believe it's anime themed. If you are in the mall you definitely have to grab one of their teas they are very yummy! 10/10

Food is not good, spicy ramen is not even spicy, I can add some hot sauce but the broth is not good at all. The ramen egg is a hard boiled egg. And the lanterns and wooden stall where the lanterns are hanging are grossly dusty.

Nice to see ramen at this mall. You won't get fancy options like ramen shops but it is close enough for me.We ordered gyoza, tofu ramen and tonkatsu ramen. As expected from food court, small portions and decent flavors.Total $35For tofu ramen, it also had edamame, marinated mushrooms, corn kernels, and bamboo. Disappointed that it only came with 1 piece of bamboo broth appeared to be soy sauce as it was darker color than the tonkatsu.Tonkatsu ramen was great according to my daughter. Pork was tender and she had 3-4 pieces. It also came with bamboo, corn, green onions, mushrooms. Pork gyoza was crunchy and good. Soy sauce packet for dipping.

The worst ramen I've ever had. Stay away from this place. Prices like high end delivered like college dorm. Egg was hard boiled and not even seasoned. Two mushroom slices, pork was almost shredded like a pulled pork bbq. Oily broth that was too spicy. Noodles were squiggly like the 0.25 cent ramen you ate in college. I make better ramen with ingredients from Amazon. Waste of $18.

Nice wallpaper decor wrapped around the store. Food quality is way below average. Very sad.

I don't wanna say it, I really don't wanna say it, but this is the best poke I've had in Orlando after trying a few spots. And that's just bias because generally you wouldn't think mall poke would be great.I see comments about the customer service, but we had no problem whatsoever. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient.Food looked delicious before we dug in, and it was really tasty as well.I would say the mango tea I got was a little too sweet.Otherwise, this is definitely going to be a go to at the Florida Mall when shopping.

I've come here a few times and find a lot of their menu good enough for mall food. But what I didn't expect was how good the takoyaki is! I love ordering takoyaki in general, but this is definitely up there for some of my favorite in Orlando. It's not soggy, the exterior is perfectly brown and crisp, and it comes with 5 for $7. Loved it

I was already at the Florida Mall visiting the American Girl store, and I wanted something quick but different than the standard food court fare. I stumbled on this on a Yelp search and I was very intrigued. I love poke and my husband loves ramen, so this seemed like a great option. I was a little suspicious though since the poke here in Vegas is top notch. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. I got my salmon plain fully expecting to have to use sauce on it, but it was perfect as is (no sauce needed). It was surprisingly fresh, especially for a mall food court. I also got a side of miso broth which was also tasty as well. Service may be a tad slow, especially if someone is infront of you, so be prepared. Also I originally wanted just salmon, and there was some confusion, so they ended getting me a bowl when they could have just charged me for a side of fish. Not a big deal since the food was really tasty, but wish the process was a little more clear.Definitely would stop here again if I ever found myself in the Florida Mall.

Ordered Uber eats from this place, didn't realize it was at the food court inside the mall but surprisingly it wasn't that bad. It was little cold the broth since it was a delivery but overall it was pretty good. The peach green tea was on the sweet side. I asked for half sugar but it was still very sweet. The ramen broth was alright. Their prices are on the higher side $18 for ramen and $8 for boba. I dont think it was worth the price. More of a 3.5 star but if you really wanted ramen it's still a good choice.

BE CAREFUL! They try to pull a fast one on you! They have a QR code to order and pick up, but my husband wanted to just go up and order. When we noticed the check, it shows that they charged us $4 for extra sauce ($2 for the spicy mayo and $2 for the eel sauce). My husband thought it was an honest mistake as the order form online clearly say $0.50 per extra sauce. That's a four times overall markup!!! When he mentioned it, they said they raised their prices and won't honor what it says on their site. They told us to complain online. We don't care for the money back, but just wanted to let them know that their site is wrong if they're not gonna honor it. Conveniently, there is no customer service email online. Also, it's like 2 teaspoon at most of sauce in the container, so $2.00 is a ridiculous, but if that's their price increase then fine, but they should correct their site or tell you ahead. Not doing so is very sketchy and definitely dishonest! Also, food was just mediocre fast food, so not worth it.
