Zimmie's Bar & Grill

Fast and friendly service, highly recommend the cuban, the flavors from that sandwich was next level, makes me wanna fly back to Florida just to get another. Everything we had from the menu was on point.

Wings were decent. Pricing was comparable to any restaurant. Restaurant is located inside of the Sheraton Resort. You can dine in as well. They also had live music.

This is by far my favorite bar/restaurant on the resort! Stopped here late afternoon for a snack and cocktail (as pictured). Shaded bar space with walk out option to the pool. This place offers a snack menu, full dinner menu and specials. I actually came back here for dinner a few hours later. My chicken club wrap was great, and I totally forgot to take a photo! Other meals ordered included salads and wings, which also looked delish! Music playing lightly, kids and families enjoying the nearby pool, friendly service and overall good vacation vibe atmosphere. I plan to return to Zimmies at least once more while on my stay.

The service was fabulous, but the Chicken Cordon Blue was clearly a frozen dish (perhaps from the Schwann's truck). Since it was on the Sheraton property, it was also convenient.

Our waitress was extremely nice and attentive, thus the rep stars. The food experience was very much like going to the frozen food section at Publix and then going home and putting it in the microwave. Very disappointing.

I cannot say no to food. I especially cannot say no to free food! We were provided daily complimentary breakfast coupons to Zimmies for declining room service. We typically do not have room service clean up anyways as Ian has his toys, lego pieces, etc. spread all over the room. So, it was a win for us and did indeed save us $$'s during our trip.Restaurant was a very short walk from our room. We hit this breakfast spot 3 days. It resembles a standard continental breakfast buffet at any hotel you might stay at. -Eggs, Sausage/Bacon, Pancakes, Bagels, Fruits, Milk, Cereal & Yogurt. -Items are prepared in the back and restocked as needed. -Waitstaff doubling down as food stockers. They are genuine in their service.-Abundant seating. Inside as well as by the pool.Check it out guys, if you are given the option between Zimmies and room service.

The bottom line is this place is just poorly run. The manager,Kelsey, likes to argue and call her customers liars, rather than actually run an establishment. The waiters are nice and bending over backwards, but their hands are tied. AVOID this restaurant. We chose this place because we were tired and just wanted something close. Wrong Decision! We didn't even get to eat. An hour after ordering, they misplaced our order and Kelsey said we had not ordered. Ummm? Seriously? Have I just been sitting here for an hour (when I would rather be in bed) for my health? I think I've said enough. If you choose to eat here, your doing so at your own risk. The young manager forgets who is paying who.

We shared a delicious medium rare mushroom and Swiss burger. The Thai chicken wings were a great add: meaty and moist. The dumplings were very average, not great for take-out. I phoned in my order, and the manager, tho busy, was very helpful. Looks like a good spot to eat in as well!

Below average food quality. Poor value for cost. Worst ribeye steak I've ever had. Lunch was ok (chicken fingers, fish & chips)Cocktails were marginal

First time here. Sat at the bar and the service was amazing. Decent selection of drinks and food. I tried the beer cheese & bacon burger and it was satisfying. Will come again to try something else while I'm here.
