This place is nice change of pace for breakfast. It's Cuban inspired with a fun design inside. I've ate here twice and the food is always hot and fresh. If you're a coffee drinker, certainly get a cup or two. It comes pipping hot and STRONG. Would recommend and go back.

I finally had some food from Zaza that I did *not* get from the Orlando airport for a change. Hahahaha. My partner and I shared their Cuban sandwich (fantastic), their croquettes (authentic), and one of their rice bowls. Everything honestly was really, really good. I'm definitely going to be grabbing more quick meals here.

This was a quick stop to grab a bite before my hair appointment. It was no line by the time I got there around 930 am. I ordered two empanadas and one of my favorites, the tostada. I was just surprised to have some nicely crisp empanadas. Each bite had a nice crumble, then fluff once you made it to the center. The tostada was warm and buttery, definitely worthy.

I didn't realize this was a chain restaurant in Orlando. Surprised it was so good. The bread was fresh and a little crispy which is how I like it to be. Their pork which is a main ingredient of a good Cuban sandwich was shredded. It was a nice touch. The service people at the counter were very good and friendly. The food was delivered to the table soon after ordering and was hot and ready to eat.

Soft, reheated empanada. Dry rice, dry pork. The best thing I had was the beer. Highly disappointed.

I came in for lunch and had a great experience! The store is cute and clean. The staff were friendly and quick working. I ordered the mojo chicken bowl, which comes with rice, black beans, and plantains. The chicken was tender and so flavorful with plenty of onions. The beans, rice, and plantains were also very good. The portion size was a great value for the price. To drink, I got the Dulce galleta frio, which is a sweet coffee drink. I enjoyed the caramel and cinnamon flavors and it wasn't overly sweet. This is a great spot for Cuban food!

Meh. Not impressed. My friend wanted to stop here and I warned her it's a chain, but she said go anyway. We got vaca frita and ropa vieja. The vegetables were terrible. The people who worked there had no idea what the vegetables were or if they were fresh or canned or frozen. The food barely resembles Cuban food (I used date a Cuban).OK, the place is clean. I will give it that. the food is one step above McDonalds. It is edible, but nothing could inspire me to return.

You can always count on being full and satisfied after a meal at one of Zaza's locations. My personal favorite (when not having a breakfast item, which is served all day) is the Vaca Frita, with extra mojo, congri and potatoes. I love their cafe con leche and prefer without sugar or at least light on the sugar, otherwise it is to sweet. It is good either hot or iced. Personally, I am not a fan of their Cuban Sandwich and have had many others in Orlando that I like better. On this particular visit I appreciated the gentleman who helped get us seated at a more comfortable table once it became available. We had all the kids with us and were at a tiny table and he noticed the other party leaving, clean/wiped the table and helped us move over all our food.

Will always be a Zaza's fan! I passed by another location other than my usual one in Waterford plaza. The ambience here is a just a bit calmer than Waterford. The food hit just as good in this location. It's a casual place with a restaurant vibe. You order at the counter, take a number to your table and they bring it to you. They provide quicker bite options to snack on, coffee, and fuller plates. For my fellow meat/steak lovers I recommend the vaca frita! Yum! The Cuban sandwich was also a good selection!
