Came in today for a quick lunch.Soon as I came in, I was immediately greeted and I ordered the Zaxbys signature sandwich.The sandwich was so good and it came on a plate with crinkle fries and their zaxbys sauce!Their zaxby sauce is so good, I could dip anything in it!The inside was so clean and it looks like an actual restaurant and not like a fast food restaurant. It's a great place to get lunch or dinner!

Was looking forward to trying the Chicken Philly. This is what they handed me. Taste was good but overall lacking. I found a few chunks of chicken in there. The service at this location was chaotic. They asked for my order at the drive thru and I had to say it 3x before they acknowledged it and got it right. The lady was having a conversation with another worker in the background. Then they were short with me when I was paying, telling me to take my food when I was trying to put my wallet away. Overall unprofessional.

Went to drive thru. The person on drive thru was busy playing hearing play in the background. No customers at all. They couldn't hear the order after three times and once they asked for the drink, they had no diet. Okay water...sorry no water. What do you have with zero sugar. To which she then starts playing and laughingWhere is the manager? Better off telling the owner to close the store than to have this manager on payroll managing the employees who are having fun instead of serving customers.

Drove thru for a quick Sunday afternoon meal. I ordered the spicy original chicken sandwich meal. Did you know if you order no salted fries, you are guaranteed to receive them hot. I love Zaxby's fries. The chicken sandwich is always hit or miss. This visit the spicy one was not so good. The fruit punch drink is slightly sweet just how I like it.

Places is absolutely horrible customer service doesn't exist they left me for 40 plus minutes with nothing to offer but my money back then charge me by accident again to have me wait even more time Liza needs more training the manager didn't even assist me with even a apology this place definitely is ran wrong

We went through the drive through. Spent $55. Got home and the food was not very good. The fries were cold broken probably at least an hour old the toast was hard, cold and torn and the chicken was cold. I called back to talk to the manager not wanting a refund or food because I didn't want to drive back to the store. I told her about my food and she got really sassy so I asked her is there a phone number I could send a picture of the food to her. She finally gave me the phone number and I never heard back from her. Just wanted her to understand when people go through a drive-through and spend money on their food and excited to get home to eat and it's cold and old. Make sure the food is up to par when boxing and serving!
