I truly don't understand why this place has such low reviews. My family and I have come here multiple times and we've never had a big issue. Everyone has always been extremely kind and welcoming and the place is always clean. In fact, while we were having lunch there today they were wiping tables, moping behind the registers and emptying the trash bins. They have forgotten an item or two before, but they've always been extremely apologetic and fixed the issue right away, even going as far as giving us extra things for free for the inconvenience. The food is always hot and fresh and delicious!

I came in at 1pm lunch to a busy lobby. Darnisha took my order quickly. When I received my order it was fresh and hot. The lobby was very clean too.

I came he because I heard good things only to be disappointed. The chicken was okay, nothing great. The last piece crewed like an eraser. The French fries were cold and limp. The "Texas toast" was cold and tasteless. Not impressed.

I never thought I'd say this but the service and tenders at this location were bad today. We placed our order at 10:11 p.m. and were asked to pull forward and our order will be brought out to us. It's 10:35 and still no order. We had to call the store to tell them we were still waiting for our oder and smh they have not even started it. Tenders seemed to be rubbery which means, they were not fully cooked barf.I'll never dine at this location again.Sticking to Huey Magoo's.

Yelp Challenge 2017 - 15/100Zaxbys is definitely one of my favorite "fast food" places. Food is always fresh and excellent customer service. The Zalads are must try!! Huge severing size so it's enough to share (or save some for latter!!) Currently this location has Zaxby's Days Tuesday-Thursday Tuesday: $0.99 Kids meal w/ adult purchase 5-9Wednesday: $0.99 NibblerThursday: Family Night- 4 sandwich meals + 6 cookies 5-8pm for $25.

So glad we decided to stop by and have something to eat at Zaxby's . The restauran is clean, the service was excellent, the food was great! The house salad with grilled chicken and Citrus vinagrette Was excellent. The niblers were very good!! Will certainly come back.

This is a fantastic location! Great staff and food. High recommend! Carlos is manager is also very helpful.

Absolutely terrible place. I never EVER leave reviews and I downloaded this app just for this review. I came into this restaurant and placed my order. We asked for a couple Zax sauce and ranch. Then we proceeded to get 1 zax sauce and 0 ranch. I politely walked to the counter and told them and asked for more. They then proceeded to make me pay extra and stand in the long line over $1. As well as, gave us the smallest portion of fries and they are as naked as a baby bottom. Absolutely no seasoning.

I ordered off of Uber eats, put in order at 9:20, the poor Uber eats man was sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for my food at 10:10!!! They also got my drink wrong. I am allergic to red dye 40, so I ordered a sweet tea, they gave him a Hi-C! I also ordered 3 zax sauce, only got 1, but I paid for 3.Worst place!

Went to drive thru and ordered a 5 piece with slaw, as well as payed for extra sauce. I did NOT receive any sauces, only FOUR tenders, and no slaw or double fries. Crappy service. Crappy employees. DO NOT GO HERE. There is a KFC and Shoney's right down the street. The employees at this location do not give a F. Please please let's get this place shut and replaced with some quality!
