Zaxbys

Went here with my brother and nephew. The staff is very warm and friendly and the restaurant is clean. I ordered the chicken Avocado Ranch BLT Chicken Finger 3pc Taco meal it was a bit salty for my taste but overall it was good. We also ordered a side of the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries was really not all that the fries tasted reheated and we had to ask for a new order and they were very nice to replace it. The Zaby's chicken sandwich is like the Popeyes sandwich but with cheese which was not melted and this one is super dry and of course the chicken is not as crispy as Pops so it's nice for people who are not over the top fancy eaters or who are nice and basic. Overall for me the quality of the food we ordered was not great but the place and staff was nice.

We came here and were pleased with our meal. The service was quick and prompt. Our orders were out quickly, and correctly which we appreciated. Overall the food was decent for fast food style chicken. We would consider coming back here again!

AMAZING! So I'm a very much a sauce person. The more sauce the better. You much try their Zaxbys sauce it's amazing. I ordered wings, fries alongside with their fried cheesecake bites. All was amazing. I never been to a place where you can ordered wings through the drive through. The service was amazing. I didn't go inside but their food is great for fast food.

So, I've been hitting up this Zaxby's location more often lately, thanks to some promotional coupons. But I'm seriously starting to weigh out if I just don't vibe with Zaxby's or if the food here is just... meh. I mean, the place is always packed, but does that mean the food is fresh? Not necessarily.Let's talk about the fries. They're like the perennial wallflowers of fast food. Even when the drive-thru is slammed, they're still pale, limp, and under-seasoned. What gives, Zaxby's? I swear they must have a fryer stash of these bad boys that they just re-drop as needed. *shrug* At least that's how they taste.The cheddar cheese bites? One order we got looked (and tasted) like it was fresh from the fryer, while the other looked like it had been chilling at room temperature for a while, dropped back in the fryer, and served up as though nothing ever happened. Consistency, folks, consistency!The fried pickles were hit or miss, too. One batch was overcooked and dry as a bone, while the other was juicy and crispy. Maybe there's a fryer malfunction going on.....just saying.Onto the Texas toast! Well, let's just say it's not exactly the toast (or talk) of the town. It's more like a thick-cut slice of bread that's barely been touched by heat. *Sigh*But I have to give props to the staff and management. Even though the place is a madhouse, they're always friendly and on top of things. The location itself is clean, too, although it's in the worst possible spot in the parking lot. Who designed that mess, anyway?Overall, this Zaxby location has potential, but they need to up their food game. I'm not sure how they can consistently serve up underwhelming, cold, and blegh fried foods, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for improvement.

Forgot my Zaxby's sauce. I wish I could say that was the worst thing that happened, but it wasn't even close. The fries were old and cold. The sandwich was just disgusting tasted really off.I definitely will not be coming back .

Always very kind employees at this zaxbys I go to regularly. Always good service and the big Zach snack and the tender meals always hit spot on along with the tacos that are new and out right now they are pretty solid for a fast food to go place.

We stopped here because we were traveling north on the turnpike and hit traffic. We got off to grab a bite and use the bathroom and this was right at the exit. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and my husband got a fried chicken sandwich and we got a soda to split. It was almost $19.00The grilled chicken sandwich was "ok" the lettuce had a bleach-y tastedThe classic fried sandwich was ok. Nothing fancy. It was good to eat if you are stuck in traffic and hungry I would not go out of my way to eat a here. $9 a sandwich is a bit steep

Service was quick and friendly. The sandwhich was delicious as usual. Clean place as well. All in all, zaxbys is still a personal favorite?

Got the chicken finger kids meal. It was two small chicken strips, crinkle fries, a bag of goldfish Giant graham cookies and a sprite. Also tried the "zax sauce" ... the Chicken was ok, nothing special, nothing that speaks "zaxbys chicken" I felt like it was a little salty but still edible.. the fries were just like fries I would make from a frozen bag at home. The sauce was ok. Taste like Mayo ketchup lemon and pickle juice mixed together. Nothing that says wow. The cookies were not it. Tasted stale and they were so dry. It was five bucks so I really wasn't expecting much. Would I come again? Maybe if in the plaza and need something quick but I rather drive somewhere else if I'm already on my way out the plaza. Service was fast though (drive thru) and the young lady was nice too.
