Yummy Taste

Stopped in for lunch with a friends. Started off with the poach chicken in chili oil. It was ok, a little spicy, served cold and it a half a chicken chopped so expect bones. That why for me this dish was ok. Then got the spicy and crispy chicken (it called other names at other places). Ok the chicken was very good, some heat. With theirs they don't use a lot of the red chili which I liked and not many peppercorns which I don't like. Friend got the fried rice and enjoyed it. I got chicken fried rice to go for tomorrow. Will be back.

One of my sister's go-to Chinese restaurants when the fam is in town is Yummy Taste - and she doesn't even like spicy foods. So I was definitely intrigued. We had a large table of at least 8 people so I was ready for the full spread. We got two orders of the stir fried green beans because my sister claimed one plate would not be enough for the entire table. And it was definitely a good call because while each plate did have a lot of green beans, they were just that good. The rest of the dishes we ordered were all pretty tasty, with my favorites being the Griddle Shrimp, the Mung Bean Jelly with Chili, the Braised Sliced Fish and the Cumin Beef Noodles. We also tried a soup that I can't remember the name of that was good, as well as the Sautéed Scallion Beef and Sweet & Sour Ribs. So you can't go wrong ordering any of these dishes. Overall, I just can't wait for my next trip to Orlando to dine at Yummy Taste again!

This is hands down our favorite Chinese restaurant in Orlando! We have been so many times that it feels like a 2nd home (likely at least 20 times and counting). The food is delicious, always freshly cooked, and so flavorful. We wish we could recreate the dishes at our home but the chef is truly one of a kind. While service can be a little slow, the food fully makes up for anything lacking in your experience at this restaurant. Everything we have tried is truly yummy tasting. The prices are a little higher than we'd like but the portions are fair and the owners are often very generous in giving us dessert or fruit complimentary after our meal. P.S. while the food is known for being super spicy, the chef is able to adjust spice levels and there is still a ton of good flavor if you can't handle spice like me! If you can handle it, you may end up sweating during your meal!The location in Waterford is great and it's easy to fit large parties. Highly highly recommend!

If you want something spicy, this is a place for you. They really can make the food very spicy. It is great during winter time. Because heat warm the body. We got the spicy broil fish. It is a white fish in traditional spicy sauce. I can said while I am eating and sweating in the same time. I can tolerate the spicy but still make me sweat. The second dish is the wife and husband slice meat. You can make is spicy if you request. Basically is internal organs and slice beef. It is great to go with rice wine. The third dish is the intestines noodles. The intestines was process with flavor. Overall service is good. Restaurant is above average.

Insanely delicious food. Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in Orlando. Every dish we ordered was a hit. The staff is also very friendly and accommodated an allergy in the party, which we appreciated.Definitely a must try!

Since i started coming to this restaurant each time I am sure that they are the best tasting original Chinese cuisine. The service is excellent and the food is always fresh indeed. The location is easy to find and the prices are ok for the quality of food you will enjoy. Enjoy!

I have ordered several items for carry out several times from Yummy Taste & it does not disappoint. I love spicy authentic Szechuan cuisine & Yummy Taste fits the bill! On Friday, January 17, I ordered the Spicy Shredded Pork. It was deliciously super spicy. I also ordered Cumin Lamb, which was on the Daily Special menu, the Stir-fried Green Beans & the Sautéed Baby Bokchoy. I'd order all of them again & so would my husband except he, unlike me, didn't care for the Bokchoy. I look forward to trying other dishes on the menu. The cuisine is not American, NY or Cantonese Chinese food so don't look for Lo mein, Pu Pu Platters, or Chow Mein. The staff are very friendly & professional. I highly recommend.

This is authentic and delicious. The service is amazing. This is our new favorite place. Upset we didn't find sooner.

Service was amazing. Food was fantastic. If you want really tasty Chinese food, come here!! We had the green beans, they were so flavorful. The dongpo pork was delicious. The fish was excellent.
