YuMe Sushi & BBQ

I came for a girl's night dinner with a friend and we had such a fun experience. I've been dying to do all-you-can-eat sushi after seeing so many fun videos of it on social media. The interior of the restaurant is well decorated and clean. I loved the lights and comfy seating. The staff are absolutely amazing! Service was fantastic! Since we did all you can eat sushi, they brought us a sheet to fill out for our order. To start, we did the tuna tartar, Shumai, gyoza, bbq beef, and miso soup. The tuna had a great marinade. Everything was tasty. We especially loved the Shumai. Next came the sushi. We got a number of rolls, sashimi, and nigiri. The fish was very fresh and not chewy at all. The rolls were well constructed and beautiful. They came in a boat, which made it extra special. To drink, we enjoyed sake. I was so impressed with the quality and value of this place. The food, vibes, and service are great. This is such a fun place to go with a group. Next time I visit, I'm excited to try the table top bbq.

YuMe Sushi and BBQ replaced what used to be 818 Heat - Hotpot and BBQ. A lot of the original 818 decor is still there and can be kind of misleading if you happen to cross the place without looking online since it still stay hotpot and bbq in a couple of places.The bbq was severely lacking. There were not that many choices for bbq and the existing selection was not that great. Some of the items listed on the menu were not found at the buffet bar. Some of the marinades honestly just tasted odd to me and I did not enjoy the bbq at all.However, the sushi was decent and the quality of the raw items were decent, but you can also tell it's not the best. The presentation of the sushi was also nice. My biggest complaint would be that there was too much rice in some of the items ordered compared to the amount of filling so it was unbalanced.

Day date with my husband! The interior Is thoughtfully created to give you the experience of Japan without the 14 hour flight to Japan. The menu (I would recommend the premium) to make the AYCE worth it! Chloe was our sweet waitress and she was patient and thorough with our orders and in explaining the selections . We were recommended this eatery by our frequent flyer, Lily (from Flex-I Spa). What an amazing and interactive experience with the wagyu teppanyaki!! Everything was perfectly executed and fresh to order! The Seabass was exquisite!

I am always excited for a new place to try. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and sat. The women recognized us as we had been there when it was 818. It was nice to be recognized she let us know it's the same people just a new concept. The sign outside still says hot pot and the tables are still the same as well (but no hot pot being served). Not much has changed inside. Of course they added a sushi bar and now all food is brought to you. For the price it's a decent value. A lot to choose from when it comes to sushi. For the BBQ it's limited but still a good variety. Everything we had was good but not great. The standout was the pepper tuna. I could have had several orders of it. I don't know that I would go out of my way to go there sadly. If I want KBBQ I already have my favorites and for all you can eat sushi the same I already have my go to. But if I where in the area and friends wanted to meet up their I wouldn't say no. Service was slow and items were forgotten but they did just open as the new concept/name so I don't hold that against them. Lunch looks like a smaller menu but again great variety for the price and all you can eat.

What a gem this place is! Right when you enter the door you see their beautiful decor with different color lighting! It has a really cool vibe. The service is fast and you start off with a choice of all you can eat sushi or bbq or both! My friend and I did sushi only and it was great! There are so many different options it's definitely hard to narrow it down. What's nice is you can do different rounds if you really like something you can get more! My personal favorites were the salmon and tuna sashimi and nigiri. I also really liked the gold fish roll and tango mango. Can't go wrong with any of them! All fresh and delicious. It also comes out in this super cute Instagram worthy sushi boat haha. We also got the sake to share which was a perfect pairing to compliment the sushi. I also really enjoyed the miso soup. I'd definitely return here and try the bbq as well, it smelt really good we could see others trying it at their table!

This restaurant ring a fresh look to Korean BBQ. The place has plenty of seating to accommodate many. Relaxed atmosphere and you are greeted with a friendly smile. The server(s$ are attentive and help you with menu choices to satisfy one's palate. You are guided how to cook your food selection at your table. The staff is there to assist in any way you nee. It was a fun experience. The food is fresh and there are many meat and seafood choices.

Service was shocking as it took forever for anyone to come to the table and once we got the order form they gave us only 2 for a table of 7.Variety of rolls is pretty average unless you like everything with spicy tuna.We only did the ayce sushi so I can't comment on the Korean BBQ

Showed up at 8:30 PM on Wednesday! They are supposedly open until 11:00 PM - Dark, locked doors with no note or anything!Assume they have gone out of business!!!

Leaving the same review that I put on 818 heat (they rebranded or something).Food was awful. Disappointed. They used to have hotpot but removed it. Bbq had almost no variety. Service was okay. Nothing bad but nothing impressive. Price was not worth it for all you can eat bbq. Sauces were disappointing, chili oil wasn't even spicy. Ambience is weird with the colored lights which do not match. Had leftover decorations of 818 heat and a picture of hotpot which they no longer serve. The bbq meats are in a weird corner with a sushi area and a boba tea place. It seems as if the boba tea place was a shop placed randomly into another restaurant. Only someone with defective tastebuds will think this place is good. Do not go here, you will just waste money.

I love this place. They serve premium seafoods and wagyu!!! Definitely worth the price and visit. We loved it so much that this is our second time within the week!!! Jason, he's the best. Hes super attentive and made our visits even better. I would give them more stars If I could. Do not hesitate, they won't disappoint.
