Wingstop

This is the nicest, cleanest, fasted wing stop I have ever been to! If it werent for the nice staff and short line i would have written wing stop off completely. The staff is friendly and actually gets the order correct! Go here not the winter garden location lol

Ok, ok hear me out... I've only ever had Wingstop delivered via UberEats because they are one of the few late night options available. It's always been pretty quick and fairly inexpensive. I decided to try their boneless wings featuring their new flavor collab with the rapper Latto which is the "lemon herb remix" and omgahhh it is amazing! I love a good lemony/garlic dry rub and this is IT. I personally hope they keep this flavor permanently and that it's not just a limited time feature. The wings themselves were big and meaty and remained crispy even in transit. I always prefer the dry rubs over sauces so that they don't get soggy. I'm not a big fan of their fries, but they are well seasoned at least. We also tried the spicy Korean flavor which was just ok. I would definitely get the lemon herb remix everytime!

I was craving wings this day and I thought about stopping at wingstop to try the wings out since lots of people raved it Upon arrival the place was empty. Clean area except the counter next to the soda machine the trash was overfilled.Ordered the 6 pcs with fries and blue cheese dressing and it comes with a soda cup .I ordered the lemon pepper wings.When they served the food I noticed the fries. They looked kinda burnt overcooked but when i tried a fry it was soggy? It was fresh potatoes fries and I was confused as to why the fries looked kinda burnt and was soggy. The wings were over fried for me. Super hard crispy and they only gave me 2 flats the rest were drums. I was not impressed with these wings and fries at all and I paid close to $12.Now I know why this place is empty. Not coming back.

Wingstop is my favorite spot for wings and fries. I had the boneless wings and tenders for lunch today and they were both great! The flavors are awesome and the portions are generous. What really stands out is their exceptional customer service, I was greeted as soon as I came in and I had no problem picking up my order. Friendly staff make your visit enjoyable from start to finish. The music they had playing was great and I had a great dining experience inside of the store. Would definitely come back again!

Nothing about my experience here is worth a review. Besides the apology I received from the cashier, I don't think I have a single nice thing to say. The restaurant was clean? The food was fresh?I placed an order on Wingstops website at 12:14pm. I ordered 10 wings and fries, double fried and seasoned.I arrived at the restaurant at 12:35. My order stated it would take 13-18 mins. This was 21 mins later, so I assumed it would be completed.I walked up to the register and was advised it would be 5 mins more. I thanked them and returned to my car. Went back inside at 12:43. A woman I worked with walked in and immediately grabbed her order. We ordered at the same time at our office, so this confused me. I inquired again regarding my order: "it's coming right up". 12:48, and I received my order. Hungry and excited to try my food, I got in my car and opened the bag to eat my fries. Imagine my surprise when there weren't any. I went back inside, "hey, I ordered special fries?". The lady behind the counter started seasoning some fries in a bowl, then threw them in a container. They were cold and floppy. I just grabbed them and left. Never again.

Everything was hot, juicy, with great service, and the restaurant is very clean!! The Colonial Drive Orlando location is outstanding stop for more than just wings!!

This location has the best wings in Orlando! Only place I will purchase wings. Have tried other wing places and theirs wings can't compare to this Wing Stop location.

They did not take my order as I stood and waited at the cashier for 15 minutes . They just kept looking at me like if I wasn't there.

Does it cost extra to get hot fries??? I tired of this new team they hired. I guess next time I have to micromanage them when making my food

The food was just ok. But the worst part was the service by far. Took foreverrrr to have someone come to the counter and take our order - maybe hire more people or hire people who are willing to take orders . Idk how long we stood there maybe 10-15 min. I wouldn't go back unless I had lotsss of time on my hands to just wait around.
