Wingstop

I stopped by Wingstop recently and ordered the Parmesan and Lemon Pepper wings, and they definitely hit the spot! The flavors were just as good as I remembered, but I did notice the wings have gotten a lot smaller. Normally, I can only eat about 5 wings, but this time I ate almost all of them because of their smaller size.The prices have also gone up, which is understandable these days, but it's something to keep in mind if you're used to the old prices. Despite the crowd--there were over 30 people inside when I arrived--I had no issues grabbing my food. I placed my order online, and it was ready within 5 minutes of me getting there.the convenience and flavors made it worth the visit, but I do wish the portion sizes hadn't shrunk quite so much!

I feel like the hype is too high for this spot. I felt everything was way too salty, but it could have been the location. The lemon pepper flavor was just okay. The chicken wasn't dry so that's a plus. The fries were next level salty. I tried to dust off the salt and even doing that, they were almost inedible :(. I really wanted to like this place with all the hype. I'm willing to give it another shot. They do have great ranch!

I had a really disappointing experience at location. I ordered boneless wings and they arrived with practically no sauce on them at all. On top of that, they forgot the veggie sticks and the dipping sauce I ordered. When I called to address the issue, their only solution was for me to drive all the way back to the store to pick up the missing items--no apology, no offer to make up for the lack of sauce on the wings or any additional compensation. Multiple errors with no effort to fix them properly is just unacceptable. I won't be returning.

placed a order for a 20 piece Boneless wings and received diced up chicken tenders. Call the store to inquire what happened and they told me that they did not have to explain anything. Tried to explain to them that all they had to do is tell me they ran out of the product and I would've ordered regular wings. This is extremely unacceptable and no excuse can be given for this to happen. I've never order from this location again

I was disappointed with my first experience at Wingstop. I visited the location located in the Uptown Altamonte Town Center, which is located just off of the I-4 Freeway and State Road 436 in Altamonte Springs. Parking is free and widely available. Wingstop shares the lot with the neighboring businesses. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the interior, the tables needed to be wiped down and the trash taken out (it was overflowing,).The staff members seemed impatient and careless, although it WAS very busy, so they must have been a bit stressed. That being said, the food was barely warm and did not seem freshly made at all - especially for the price. I would suggest hiring more employees to ensure the restaurant is well-equipped to handle the crowds and long lines, as well as maintenance of the dining area.

I ordered the all in bundle (pretty sure it was $22.99), which comes with 16 boneless wings (I got Louisiana rub and hickory smoked bbq). It also comes with six tenders (I got three plain and three of their hot honey rub, which I've heard amazing things about. It also comes with a large fry. I asked for them to be well done.When I arrived they were finishing boxing up my wings and I saw her scooping fries, so I already knew they were not well done. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to get what I asked for ( and yes, I left a nice tip online when I placed my order). The fries were very soggy.The boneless Louisiana rub wings were good, but not crunchy. The BBQ boneless wings were soggy. The hot honey rub was very good, but not worth the hype I've been seeing all over social media of people asking Wing Stop to bring the flavor back. They also were not crunchy.The plain tenders were for someone else, so I can't comment on them. Service was decent and I've told by other people you need to carefully choose which one you go to for better quality. This location was 20 mins from me. The one closer, which I haven't been to in 6 months was offering no specials, tenders or boneless wings. I know the hot honey rub is popular, so that may be why the closer one to my house was out, but I won't be coming to this location again.

We Doordashed food from this location and had a great experience! Everyone loved some wings during football! We got the boneless mild wings, voodoo fries, and lemon pepper seasoned fries. The wings were tender with great breading and sauce. The fries were super seasoned and soft. They packaged the order really neatly and securely. They provided an accurate estimate on when it would be ready. I was really happy with the whole experience.

Why in the world on Super Bowl Sunday would you not use conformation numbers when there are many names that are the same ! Ordered my food at 531 pm and the receipt said pick up by 614 pm. My daughter went there only to find out that they gave my order to someone who has the same name ! REALLY! Unacceptable! Anyone can go and pick up wings when a name is called and no one verifies! I want a full refund ! I tried to call voicemail but set up can't get a hold of no one nor In person any manager wants to speak with you !

This place is not the same since the NBA player owned it. The chicken is smaller, they give you less fries and the Cajun corn was cold . The soda machine poured out water from the Dr Pepper choice and the front door was broken from an angry customer the employees told me laughingly. Very disappointed and the employees were loud cussing and making my wife and I feel very uncomfortable. ....will never visit this location again . "Where is Rick Ross "
