Having passed by WBG several times on previous trips Disney, I wasn't sure what to expect on the inside, but dare I say it's going to become my first stop of my future trips?! If you love fantastic wines, engaging service, and sharing bites with your family or friends, this is definitely the spot for you. Sitting upstairs near the windows provides for the very best people watching. You must get the saganaki! It's flashy and delicious. The meatballs are also killer and perfect for splitting though I may get a plate of my own next time. There are an absolute oodle of wines available. I didn't taste a single wine that didn't have my tastebuds dancing. Red, white, rosé, sparkling... that's just to start and things get more interesting from there!Don't be like me and take forever to check this place out! A real delight, Wine Bar George.

The wine offerings are legitimately great. If you can't find something to enjoy then you don't like wine. The food is mostly not very good and in a few cases just plain poor. Don't order the Porchetta. It's a ham steak, and it's not at all a true porchetta and its sauce is terrible. No balance. We did like the Saganaki. The short ribs and meatballs were very much mediocre. Probably would order differently next time. I want to mention that the service was excellent. Server and his runner team are excellent. Knowledgeable and great at talking about the menu. I could tell the service team were all very good at their jobs and knowledgeable. Clearly well trained, with a good culture for that team. However your host team are rude and need to treat your diners with reservations better. Sitting people in a hallway when you have ample open tables in the same section isn't right. I worked in the industry for 17 years. This is just meant as constructive feedback. The two girls were rude to more than just us.

Such a fantastic find in Disney Springs. The extensive wine menu is second to none and the servers do a great job with guiding you through the menu. I ended up coming here for diner 3 times in the 10 days I was in the area. Every so single experience was spot on. I sat at the wine bar each time for diner and wine parings. My first visit here, Adrian was working the bar and the next two visits, it was Paul. They both did a fantastic job providing wine recommendations based on my presences and introduced me to a couple varietals that I had not tried before. We ordered the shareable entrees for the diners: Skirt Steak and whole Bronzino. Each visit the kitchen did a fantastic job with the entrees.Too bad they don't have Wine Bar George closer to me in Downtown Disneyland. Hopefully... one day...

Nice place to have good wine and good tapas. A little on the pricier side but they have a great selection of wine by the glass or bottle. Servers are very knowledgeable and can really be helpful in choosing a wine. PS they do not honor the Disney AP discount here. Bummer but no biggie.

Despite minor hiccup with our reservation, it was a lovely dinner. Family platters were nicely decorated and flavorful. Excellent and eclectic selection of wines and cocktails from all over the world. Had a $30 Forbidden Zombie cocktail that placed a limit of two, which was an explosion of flavors.

Wine bar george for brunch! Reservation for for 12pm, walked right in to our ready table. Our service was great, nice staff, kept us with water, got our food out to us relatively quick and everything came to us exactly how we ordered. For brunch, I was torn between the Porchetta sandwich and the fried chicken and biscuit, I went with the Porchetta sandwich and let me tell you, it was one of my favorite things I've eaten on property. Out of all the signature dining restaurants and fancy dinners, this thing was mouthwatering good. You know how you take your first bite and slap the table, but then play it off like it's no big deal so no one else in your party asks for a bite? Yeah, you won't be sharing this after you taste it.The porchetta is expertly cooked. It's juicy, flavorful, the fat is rendered perfectly, it's rich. I loved it. The mustard aioli sauce magic in there was amazing to tie it all together. The creaminess and slight tang there, with the freshness and tartness of the pickled cabbage (which is quite visually striking and adds some great texture) all played really well. The brioche bun here was deeply toasted/grilled and despite the sandwich being heavy, it held together just long enough to fully enjoy. Flavor in the bun itself was also fantastic. Buttery, a little sweet, pillowy.. Man. I'll be thinking a out this sandwich for a while. I added a sunny side up egg on it for good measure, while it didn't need it, it was a very great addition.Honorable mention for the pastrami salmon, no picture but it's a delicious variation of the classic smoked salmon with capers and cream cheese on a bagel. The pastrami salmon (pastrami seasoned cold smoked salmon) was very tasty and novel. The texture of the salmon was almost a little creamy, the bagel was chewy and a little crisp. Loved that too. Can't go wrong with either. Will definitely be back for lunch. Until next time, porchetta. I will miss you.

We stopped by Wine Bar George for a weekend brunch after reading good reviews of the place. The space itself is two stories and plenty of room for small to large parties. There was also a semi-private dining room on the second floor for a large group. The food was disappointing. We ordered the steak and eggs with a medium steak, but the meat was well done and every tough. The steak was extremely thin and not worth the price. The potatoes that came with it were the only good thing about the dish. We also had the fried chicken with biscuits and grits but the chicken wasn't crispy, it was dry. The grits were clumpy, gloopy, and bland. One star is for the interior and the other star is for the frozen dole whip moscato which was delicious. The service was decent too!

In Disney Springs, there are SO many foodie options. We chose to try Wine Bar George and it did not disappoint. We made a reservation the same day and went early to be able to enjoy the bar area and then head to dinner. I will suggest to make a reservation as this restaurant does get packed. When we arrived early to sit at the bar, we had to wait a little while for a seat to open up. The bartender was super nice and informative when it came to the drinks. We ordered the "Forbidden Zombie" because... who wouldn't? We were intrigued at the fact that they limit this drink to 2 per guest because of how strong it is. It was calling my name! It was real tasty and it did its job. I would definitely order again. For dinner, we wanted to try one of their wines (and I can't recall which one I ordered but it was great). Since it was our anniversary, they provided us a free glass of Champagne which was completely unexpected and sooooo appreciated. It made our night. Hence why you see my husband with so many glasses in one of the pictures. Lol And as our entree, we ordered the Skirt Steak and with the amount, it's able to feed for 2-4 people so my husband and I shared it. It was phenomenal. Juicy and tender and cooked to perfection. It was the perfect choice for us and we truly enjoyed it. The attention from the staff was really appreciated. We truly enjoyed our experience and can't wait to come back!

Before today, we had never heard of Wine Bar George. We met our friends here for lunch with a last minute reservation. For an appetizer, we had the hummus. It was delicious but wish there had been more bread or cucumbers to dip with. My fiancé had the Burrata and thought it was good, but nothing crazy. I had the omelet which was good, but I was disappointed that it had two bites of mushroom and no other veggies that are mentioned. We didn't like the limited weekend lunch menu. Can't stand when restaurants do this! The vibes were great and it was super casual. Our waiter was great so no complaints on the service. Nothing bad, we just didn't love it compared to other restaurants here.

Came here because research told us they have the best old Fashioned's at Disney Springs and the internet was correct! It was incredibly delicious. Bourbon forward with the right amount of sweetness!Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere wine bar focused (because that's what it is).
