Love Windermere food truck event. Lots of food trucks. Music playing and a movie for the kids. Bring a picnic blanket of chairs and enjoy the atmosphere. I like that you can bring your own adult beverage and have the kids play and dance. Food trucks are always great, they switch up who goes so I don't want to just name some. Overall, great time and great music. Highly recommend!!!

I went to this event for the first time in November, when it coincided with Light Up Windermere (where the holiday lights are featured) so it was super crowded. There were a lot of food trucks, all of which had long lines, so there truly is something for everyone. I chose the Kona Dog, which was solid, and a donut for dessert. Other trucks that were there: Tuk Tuk Truck, Eat My Treat and Currywurst (but they had other things besides currywurst). There really is a sense of community because there were other things going on like music and local business representation. Children ran around playing everywhere and families came out for a Friday night event, which added to the community feeling. Parking is hard to find because the event is so popular and many people come out.

I love the round up!! Great time to spend with family and see friends. Kids run and have a blast. Safe and friendly. Police are terrific and make it very family friendly. The trucks change out and I have my favorites. You will need to make your own. Monsta Lobsta is not a miss though. Bring chairs minimum, beer, wine & soda packed is fine. But all available from the trucks too. Or of course Tim's wine market. Check this out if you can. Win, win, win.

4 stars for a food truck rally that is not only close to me, but has some really good food trucks on a regular basis. Located in the center of downtown Windermere, traffic can be a little tricky if you plan on heading out. My advice it to arrive when they are just getting started or wait until rush hour traffic has passed. Parking was easy and it was very kid and pet friendly. This once a month event makes it easy for me to stop and grab food to-go on my way home from work.

Every last Friday of the month from 5pm to 9:30, the trucks are parked outside of town hall. I visited on one occasion hungry and ready to eat. The trucks were visually beautiful, however, I did not see a lot of vegetarian healthy items, so I left with nothing :(Maybe next time. Some of the trucks present during my visit:The Crooked SpoonCity EatsFork in the RoadSwede DishLobster truckSilver BistroA lot of the food seemed fried and burger like, but there were a couple of trucks that had unique offerings. What I do like about this food truck gathering is the location. It's in a very charming spot with lots of trees. Many people made a picnic, and brought along lawn chairs to enjoy the shade. Some of the kids even played basketball. Good times!

Love this monthly roundup! There's a great variety of trucks to choose from. Only reason for not giving this 5 stars is the lack of seating space and some of the food trucks could be better. Still, it's a great summer activity and more low key than some of the other roundups.

Best one I've been to so far. Very small community feel. Everyone brought their dogs and lawn chairs. You saw the locals with wine glasses and coolers and the trucks were running until the last minute. You must try the 420 burger and Monsta Lobsta's Lobster roll!Bring a chair and your own alcohol and prepare to wait in line for a loooonnnng time!

Amazing, amazing, amazing!! So many great food truck there and so many great choice! Feel free to bring your furry companions and camp out with some chairs and wine! Theres also basketball courts for the young ones and plenty of lighting! We had so much fun and again the food is amazing! My personal favorites for the night were the Koren BBQ, swedish truck, and voodoo truck! This hang out is a MUST. Add them on Facebook to see up coming food trucks and dates - pretty sure its the 3rd friday of every month! Can't wait for next month!

Definitely my favorite and best round up so far. Community atmosphere was spectacular. Kids, dogs, adults, teenagers... Everyone out in full force. The band was out of this world. Food options were well varied this time. Bring something comfy to sit on and don't forget your beverages! Beer, wine, water... No problem. Plenty of different places to choose from to sit.... But get there early for good parking. If all else fails park behind the church... It's a short walk and plenty of overflow spots. All in all can't wait til next month's!

Food truck Friday is the best way to kick off the weekend! Very family and pet friendly. As your driving towards downtown don't panic with the parking. It can be overwhelming to think you won't find anything...but you always do. Sometimes you just have to be a little patient and look in the not so obvious locations. Tips: - Get their early to avoid longer lines - Bring your own chair or blanket- The more the merrier...We always go in a group so we always have someone watching out stuff while some of us look for more food, or wait for our food to be ready - BYOB... it is permitted to bring your own drinks. So why not bring a cooler and save a couple of bucks- If your in the mood for cupcakes make it a point to get those first! This truck is very popular and they always run out.
