The food was pretty good (all you can eat!), and we really appreciated the atmosphere and care / attention of the wait staff. Make sure you ask for some ketchup when they bring your food.My wife has an allergy, and the head chef took great care of us. Would definitely return

Its been years since we have been here. My mom was never a fan because there is alot of shenanigans going on here with only so so food. Covid seems to have changed it. The food has gotten better, but the shenanigans have dampened a little bit. They now serve "all you care to eat" platters of BBQ. Its hard to screw up BBQ and this place didn't do that! All of our food was very good, especially the chicken and the corn! The ribs had a nice crust on it and cornbread is always a hit. My nephew got a hamburger which he liked as well! I kind of wished they brought back a little more of the fun including the racing horses. I remember the ketchup bit being a little funnier with multiple tables bringing ketchup to multiple places. Maybe because we were there for dinner it was a little emptier. Either way, fun restaurant in a fun resort. Magic Kingdom has such terrible food that its worth taking the fun little boat ride to Wilderness Lodge to take part in the fun!

The beautiful decor and spacious tables or cozy booths provide a comfortable atmosphere for everyone in the party.The real treat here, though, is the service. If you haven't been, prepare for playful sass from the servers; it's all part of the experience and adds a fun twist to your meal! Our server, Wendi, was incredible, balancing the humor with genuine attentiveness to our needs.The menu itself is a fun journey. I started with the Toasted Marshmallow Coffee--a creative mix of Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, toasted marshmallow syrup, Joffrey's Espresso, and a rich, house-made cold foam with a toasted marshmallow on top. The drink alone was a highlight and got us revved up for the day ahead.For breakfast, we went for the Morning Skillets, a generous All-You-Care-To-Enjoy spread. It included fluffy buttermilk-cheddar biscuits with sausage gravy, firm scrambled eggs, well-done hickory-smoked bacon, sausage, and Mickey-shaped waffles. With toppings like strawberry, maple syrup, and whipped buttercream, it made for a satisfying, hearty meal.Overall, Whispering Canyon Café offers a blend of great food and memorable service, making it an experience as enjoyable as the food itself.

My husband and I decided to dine at Whispering Canyon Cafe while wandering around the Wilderness Lodge, and we had a great experience. Our server was lively, fun, and helpful...the mimosas were wonderful...the food was tasty. I do wish the menu was a bit more varied but, all in all, we enjoyed our visit.

Excellent food for the $26 Got all our moneys worth. The honey butter was amazing. We got the carnivore skillet. So filling. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere was so fun. Ask for extra ice or ketchup see what happens!!

We had a wonderful experience at Whispering Canyon Cafe. Be sure to bring your appetite and a sense of humor. They are mostly known for the all you care to enjoy skillets which looked good but we decided to order other things. We came for breakfast and ended up ordering the Brisket Omelette, Belgian style waffles and the kids both got cheeseburgers. I like that even for breakfast they have other options. Everyone enjoyed their food, our server Timothy was great. Be ware that your experience here might be a little wacky. We love the Wilderness Lodge and this is a great spot right in the lobby.

My husband & I came for brunch today and we throughly enjoyed the food. However, they were very empty as far as guests go and our waitress was EXTREMELY slow about getting us our drinks and then assisted the said larger tables quiet a bit more frequently & more, than us 2. I get it, they require more attention but we sat for 10-15 mins before ever being greeted. That was definitely unexpected and we got curious about ever getting served. However, the food was great. We enjoyed it and it's SO much fun! They do different fun things to make the experience so cool. Very cabin vibes inside and outside. Feels like the mountains. We loved it!

Susie is phenomenal- our server. She was caring, attentive, and well rounded. She knew exactly when to give us waters and refills. The food here is filling and yummy. I had the salad with smoked Turkey and dried cranberries. I also had a sprite. The ambiance is a loud western eatery with fantastic servers- well ours was! This is in the wilderness lodge resort; it's called whispering canyon. It's a phenomenal restaurant and I definitely recommend. 10/10

Holding good on reservations. If you make a reservation at 8, for a party of 9 that flew from out of state shouldnt still be waiting for a table 1.5 hours later.
