Service was good, fast and food was good. Only waited a few minutes, ordered from the kiosk. The only complaint I have, there was an employee sitting at a table, on her phone, FaceTiming and yelling and being extremely loud and distracting. Not an ideal look for location and employee

The one time I tell myself to rate a Wendy's turned out... well worse than normal sadly. I wanted to place an order on the app for breakfast cause they had a "$2 off a breakfast combo" reward but the app was unable to process any payments. Since I live close and was wanting to try their breakfast menu, I decided to just get down and order as I wasn't sure how the app would process the reward in the drive-thru. Entering the location, I saw two self-serve kiosks that were both broken with different error messages. My boyfriend and I went to order, going right up to the counter, as the interior was vacant and relatively clean. The lady who took our orders seemed flustered and confused by the fact that we were trying to use rewards. My boyfriend ordered an iced coffee and as the lady grabbed a cup to make his drink, a bunch of cups fell on the floor to which she promptly put all those cups back in the stack, as if to be used after touching the ground. I gave them two stars as the portion size of my breakfast burrito was big and overall yummy, but what a bad experience to precede what should have been a simple mobile order.

We've always had great experiences at this Wendy's. Most often we stop if it's a late night (Disney, concerts, games) because they're one of the only places open later at night. We were the only car in the drive thru this visit and ordered 2 meals and a couple individual items. The person taking the order was friendly and we paid and got our food in a couple minutes. There were no missing items and the food was hot. Perfect for a late night meal.

Just spent 30 minutes in the drive through when there was only two cars ahead of me. My order was wrong and at this point there are 6 cars waiting in line. The doors are locked so I couldn't go in to get the right order. I tried to call and no answer just rang and rang and rang. I know have paid for food I didn't get and have food we won't eat!

Cheap!!! I ordered one of the frosty's you get with the key tag. Girl made a small one instead, other girl took it and poured it back into the machine!!!! You have introduced that to the air and the cup now you are pouring it back into the machine- gross! If the cost of this little bit of extra frosty was a concern what else do you do that with? Returned food? dropped food?? 2nd issue that's not that big of a deal but would it have killed you to given it to a daily customer?? I mean you wasted the cup already or did you reuse it??

Attn: This Wendy's in Hamlin does not choose to thank veterans on Veterans Day. Despite the fact that Wendy's nationally advertised they do. I got up early and drove my husband- retired, disabled veteran-- to get a breakfast. But they said sorry they are not doing that. Just a message to say do not spend time going there for this. Here is national 2024 promotion info:"Wendy's -- Veterans and active-duty military get a free Breakfast Combo, no purchase required, during breakfast hours on November 11 at participating locations. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Not valid for digital, delivery or kiosk orders."We like to support places that support veterans-- will remember this.

The staff is absolutely RUDE!! They decide what a Large, Medium and Small is depending on the day. They arguing about extra sauce!! And refused to give it to me even when I offered to pay! I would give them NO STAR!! Just disgusting!!

Fantastic Customer service! I was using a coupon and I guess the person behind the register (I forgot to get your name, but if you're reading: YOU'RE AWESOME!) heard me wrong and charged me an extra fry. Not only did he apologize and refund me, he let me keep the other fry, gave me back my coupon and even gave me another coupon as further apology. Fantastic CS, and I very much appreciate it.

I go to this Wendys about once a week. Never have I had an incorrect, missing or bad meal. They listen carefully at the drive through, the are courteous, polite and friendly. Hard to say that about any restaurant, let alone a fast food place but I've received exceptional service and correct order every time if gone there.These are hard working men and women doing a difficult job, I can't speak about the management, but good leaders produce good workers. Great job done by all every time I have been there.
