Wendy's

walked in and they all looked at me. Not a single greeting and kept me waiting for over 5 minutes. I felt ignored, on purpose. Same happened to an elderly woman behind me. When a person finally acknowledged me, she spoke to me in Spanish. I responded in English and this manager (assuming 'cus she was clocking people in and out) still wouldn't speak to me in English and didnt know what i was asking for.Soooo who is getting hired without basic English?

To be fair, you don't go to fast food expecting 5 star service but this location is particularly bad (consistently wrong orders) and poor customer service. This visit I didn't even get my mediocre food. I mobile order for the coupons, but this time, they said they couldn't find the order and weren't going to do anything about it despite having the proof on the app.

I mean all I order was a large pineapple mango lemonade (anything with mangos is a win) and 2 large fries because I love Wendy's fries! It was fast to order and received. Everything was clean and the place was busy inside and out (drive through)

Went there last night around midnight and the woman working the drive-through was incredibly rude and hostile for no reason. We had two separate orders and she refused to let us do more than one order so we had to get back in the car line and make a second order and then it was wrong but we didn't want to deal with her again so we left and just ate the wrong order. We were very polite and there was just no excuse for her nasty attitude or refusal to let us do two orders. Every other fast food restaurant, including the GOOD Wendy's by UCF, lets you do that. I wasn't able to see her name tag but she was a Hispanic woman with a bun in her 20's. Lady, if you hate your job so much that you have to take it out on customers, FIND A NEW JOB. I have worked in food service and NEVER treated anyone like that.If you want your order wrong and to be treated like complete garbage instead of a paying customer, feel free to take your chances at this trashy, dirty, rude location. I love Wendy's but the Colonial & Alafaya location sucks and I'm never going there again.

Terrible customer service asked for 2 ghost pepper ranch sauce and the dumb teenager said no because I interrupted her conversation with friend when she should be helping customers when present. Please talk to your co workers as much as you want when customer are not around but at the end of the day those costumer are PAYING YOUR PAYCHECK. So hard to find good help in today's economy.

This is your typical Wendys dirty tables, soda on the floor. I give them an okay on service they are fast enough. Unless its near 12 in the drivethrough.The food is mediocre and kind of gross, but its cheap enough with app. Here is what I don't like, they play spanish music in there. Give me a break as the South orlando crowd moves closer to the North side of 50. I guess the manager is most likely hispanic and thinks hey this is america let's play spanish music.

The management is horrible I see why she is working at Wendy's, with an attitude like that I wouldn't want anyone working for me like that. I came in to get breakfast someone please tell me what fast food restaurants you know don't open the dining room till they are comfortable I'm mad that I have to give this pissy ass restaurant even 1 star

Lady in the drive thru super rude. Makes me feel uncomfortable. She shouldn't be working customer service being this mean and rude. She literally ruined my whole day in this interaction. And food was wrong, ask for no pickles my sandwich had pickles.

i specifically want the owner and manager of this place to see this. more often than not, my order through door dash doesn't have the right toppings on it. by the time it gets to me, i'm too hungry to raise a fuss but i'm getting tired of it. please put the correct topping on the dave's doubles- or are you trying to save money by shorting people on toppings? and you really should answer your phone sometimes. the four or five times i've called no one has picked up.

Okay I don't post review but... BFFR. Y'all SUCK, every time I order things from here it's wrong. Get a Cesar salad? Comes w no chicken, baby I'm not paying $10 for romaine lettuce and cheese y'all are WILD. Y'all were better like 3 years ago lmao is it gen z who sucks?
