Waited 10 minutes for our food with no vehicles in front of us. Nothing like burned bacon to ruin a sandwich.

I stop at this location frequently on my way home from school at UCF. They always have great deals in the app. I usually order pick up through the drive-thru but one day when I arrived the line was really long so I went inside to pick up my order. There was no line inside. The worker told me they are unable to give me the order unless I go through the drive-thru. This is silly and not sure if that's the actual policy or she just didn't want to give me my food. Luckily, you are able to cancel your order in the app so that's what I did that day. It saved me the calories of a small frosty and large french fries. They were running a deal through the app that you could get free fries if you ordered something that cost at least one dollar.

Another Wendy's fail. They used to be a nice B level chain but these days they're running on C/D level. Not unlike Popeyes, seems two out three of them suck and this one's no different. At least they were quick but all the food was cold. Bleh, meh, neh. Needed to run back in too. No napkins, no spoons or forks, no smiles. Was like throwing $10 away. Coffees's usually pretty hard to screw up ...ending up tossing mine.

Definitely not impressed. Ordered an apple pecan salad which was definitely not fresh as you could see in the photo. The lettuce is old, I had to pick out the bad pieces. I honestly couldn't even finish it because I was scared the cheese may be old as well. Won't be ordering salads from here again.

I have to give kudos to the Wendy's marketing team. The pics you place on your drive thru ordering menu look sensational. I tried the hot honey chicken sandwich as I love grilled chicken, honey and bacon. The pic looks stacked!! What I received was a crushed down semi grilled bun, chewy chicken, bacon cooked to complete scorch soggy old lettuce, and no honey taste whatsoever. I know it's so hard right now to staff restaurants and many chains are struggling to recruit, train and hold onto employees, but this visit was horrendous.

Worst experience at Wendy's ever. The freestyle machine wasn't working. They gave my husband a cup of clear soda after has asked for Mello yellow. When he stated it wasn't mello yellow the only reply was "that's what came out". Every single table was dirty and had soda, ketchup, sauce or frosty spilt on it. I used the baby wipes I had to clean a table so my husband, myself and the three kids with us could all eat. We will NEVER be back to this Wendy's. Such a disappointing experience.

went into Wendy's with a T-Mobile offer. Luisa and Kevyn at the front counter were super nice and patient in helping me to redeem the offer. Big smiles and not a hint of annoyance as there must've been many people that day coming in for the same thing. Definitely great service!

Got all the way w the 2 key fob frosty only to learn they gave me the wrong bag! Spicy chicken & I ordered 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers!!!! They close in 15 mins... Let's see how they handle this when I take the food back tomorrow.

Order totally wrong: 2 Specialty not made, baconator fries not made, ordered soda & nuggets not included. NONE OF WHAT WAS PAID FOR WAS DELIVERED! Repeated problems @ STORE including incomplete sandwiches without bacon, cheese & sauces, as ordered. Repeatedly phone calls to store not answered, mailbox full.All calls to customers service @ 888-624-8140 are never answered. Last 2 orders via Wendy's app wrong. Last order thru Postmates on 7/21 was wrong, They refused to take the care of it. ONE PROBLEM IS ALWAYS THE SAME, THEY NEVER MAKE THE ORDERED SANDWICH. NO BACON, NO CHEESE NO SAUCES.
