Wendy's

Not fast food. Thought I'd treat myself for lunch but ended up eating the lunch I brought while waiting in a ridiculously long drive through line and drove off! Should have known better too, wasted half an hour on their damn app trying to order up one of their promotions but it kept glitching out so I decided to go in person anyway. Trust me, it's more like they don't want you using those promotions than user error. Ended up not buying anything but they get a two for years of previous better experiences at other locations, I guess.I'm almost wondering whether or not I should review my lunch since I ate it in their drive-thru. ...the peanut butter sandwich was lovely. The pickles were especially delightful! Lol

Sooooo slow really every time we come here it's like so long to get your food. You guys need to do something about it !!!!!!!

Way too much cross contamination here. Please do you and your family a favor and not eat here. I normally avoid writing such harsh reviews but after notifying the manager about witnessing a staff member touch raw beef and without changing her gloves, then touching ready to eat foods, the manager said that they are short staffed so we would have to understand that they don't have time to change gloves. Being a former chef then working for the department of health and human services this is totally unacceptable. As for anyone whom gets sick after eating here it is likely due to poor hygiene and cleanliness of the staff at this Wendy's. The worst was I asked for a refund and was told they have no staff to issue one so I would have to accept what I get. This Wendy's is not worth the second chance but if I do get sick I am certainly seeking restitution from their insurance.

Just did a drive-through service ask for Parmesan garlic sauce, nuggets, and three small Frosty's. What they gave me was barbecue sauce, nuggets and charge me for fries and three medium Frosty's very disappointed

The Wendy's product is typically excellent but this location is a constant disappointment. Very poorly managed. Staff constantly leaving and most of the staff is poorly trained and performs worse than typical fast food joints. Dine in service is the worst. Obviously poorly managed. Heard that this location will also manage new store on Dowden. The word is already out to avoid this place like the plague.

Got 3 Jr Bacon with cheese ordered plain came with everything on them. Didn't realize until I was down the road, so I just scrapped what I could off and ate then noticed burgers tasted funny thought it was just the mayo. Ended up with food poisoning I assume from the mayonnaise not being kept at correct temp or someone handling my food after handling something raw. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS RESTAURANT!! Avoid at all cost unless you like food poisoning.

Stood there for 5 minutes with no one in restraint. No one would take my order and self order machines were turned off. I guess it's too much to ask for people to do their job while at work.

If you come here past 8pm good luck! The kids working here don't take it serious and your order will most likely be made wrong and take 25+ mins . I don't blame them though, they are only getting paid like 11-13/hr I wouldn't take it serious either. And the management is god awful all around.

The manger was very kind, and very genuine. The fries were very good, however the chicken sandwich was a little off. All and all everything was clean and very fast.

disappointing to see the staff arguing and fighting. There was so much yelling I don't even know what was going on. The food was OK when it came out but the order was wrong. Most of the tables were dirty, and there was food on the floor.
