Wendy's

I went to try their breakfast and it was a hit and miss. I wanted to try out both of their chicken sandwiches so I got the maple bacon, chicken croissant and the Honey, buddy chicken biscuit. Was really impressed with their breakfast wedges. They were thinner than traditional wedges so they had a nice crisp to them. Personally, I preferred the Honey Bunny chicken biscuit to the Bacon chicken croissant. It gave me a similar feeling to Chick-fil-A's chicken biscuit breakfast. Service did take a little longer because we also ordered the biscuits and gravy which was the whole reason we went here to begin with but the gravy was incredibly bland. I was really disappointed. The location is similar to other Wendy's however, we did the drive-thru so I can't speak much about inside. If I was in the mood for a chicken sandwich for breakfast, I'd probably come here again by the chicken biscuit and wedges. If you're looking for a good biscuits from gravy, I would recommend skipping this place.

Service was great and fast. Food was fresh and hot. Restaurant was clean. One of the best "fast food" experiences in a while.

It's time for an update and Wendy's has been serving us well during the Pandemic and now in the Endemic phase of this mess of a Roaring '20's.They implemented touchless beverage dispensers where you control the flow of drinks with your phone! What? I tried it once and it's pretty spot on with very little delay. Now I just hit it with my knuckles, but pretty cool.They've come out with some pretty good sandwiches and actually build them pretty well.Now that I'm eating some meat again, they're one of the very few that have a grilled chicken sandwich, and I appreciate that.On my most recent visit, I asked for honey mustard as I like to dip my fries in it, and he said they were out... but then as I'm eating, he brings me a plastic cup with some honey mustard to dip in. He found they had some for sandwiches and did that for me. That was going the extra mile. There IS HOPE for people! That young man's gesture was something he didn't have to do, but he did and I appreciate it.Wendy's is well known and I'm glad to say they're doing much better than what my previous review indicates. This isn't based on a single visit, it's a consistency better place.P.S. Their App now works with Apple Pay, so if you were frustrated paying with a credit card and having to type the CVV every time when trying to order when driving, now it's much easier. I am kind of shocked this location has a low star rating. It's new and clean, the staff is great! I always get my food fresh and in a timely manner. I am a big fan of this franchise especially this location! Next week I'll review their yummy salads but for now..... The reason this review is being written today... BREAKFAST!The long awaited Wendy's breakfast is here! I enjoy a good bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and I'm not disappointed in this one. The bacon was crispy, the egg was fresh (you can seriously taste it) and there was some sort of yummy sauce going on. Man!!! It was good!!! I got the croissant sandwich, it was not a traditional croissant, but the bread was super soft and did not break apart! The sandwich plus tax was under $4.

Yelp 100 Challenge 2017: 36/100:Wendy's is Wendy's.... everywhere you go, they tend to be consistent. Wendy's is probably the only , "fast food" restaurant that I enjoy going to and don't feel horrible about myself when I eat there. Lol! I know I still should, I mean it's fried fast food, but hey, what can I tell you? I LOVE their Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I always go for it with fries on the side. Wendy's food is usually prepared fresh (at least that's the excuse they give since they take a big more time to serve you than your average fast food restaurant) and it's consistent with flavor and fresh food. Their salads are pretty awesome as well and who doesn't enjoy an occasional frosty? This place has friendly service and usually very fast.

The person in the drive-through was extremely rude, miserable for having to be there. It really turns me off and makes me not want breakfast. Then I asked for a drink tray for my 3 drinks and he hits his leg and sighs in annoyance as he asks another employee for a tray, with an attitude. The other employee throws him the tray. Then he proceeds to give me my drinks WITHOUT THE TRAY and asks, oh, is the tray for the drinks? Uum, it IS a drink tray, isn't it?? At the end, I received no thank you, no other words, just hands me my card and receipt and waits for me to leave. K will not be returning to this restaurant. I live 2 minutes away and would rather drive to the next Wendy's.

If I can re-zero stars I would not only was my dinner tonight ruined but it was completely wrong, not only wrong but also cold like it has been sitting. This isn't the first time that this has happened as me and my family go often. The manager Sarah has no customer service whatsoever not the first time I spoke with her and told me she was going to hang up on me because I was clearly upset, at this point I don't know what that place needs but not once can I say something nice about it. READ THE ORDER TICKETS AND GET BETTER MANAGEMENT

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I ordered a Krabby patty meal and it was 11.07, I gave her a $50 bill and received the wrong change, she was VERY RUDE as well, and when I explained she gave me the wrong the change. She was not trying to listen due to it being a long line. I received back $36.00 instead of $38.93. SHE OBVIOUSLY CANNOT do math & has horrible service. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE

THEY SCAMMED ME! I saw a man in need on the side of the plaza so I grabbed him a biggie bag as he requested. The drive thru staff said $5. -- So I handed him my phone on Apple Pay, and when I arrive home I see they charged me $29.95. Interesting! Didn't realize I ordered $30 worth of food!! You have a thief in your establishment and I'll be calling corporate.

This is the most disgusting thing I've ever experienced from any fast food restaurant. I opened up my sandwich and there was a cockroach leg on my sandwich. When I called to complain she really didn't seem to care, other than offer me a refund for that meal, while there were 3 other meals on the same order. Never will be eating here again!
