Wendy's

While in Orlando I was craving a Wendy's burger. I went inside to order and ordered on the kiosk. They called my number and put the bag on the counter, I picked it up and noticed there were nuggets in it and when I said something the employee said it wasn't mine. I returned it and waited a few more minutes when I was handed another bag, I assumed it was my order. I did not check it until I was in the car and... surprise, it was not my meal, but at this point I was down the road so I ate it anyway.The chicken was fried golden and was flavorful. The fries were served warm with an appropriate amount of salt.

The burgers and fries are always fresh. I like the location on Cypress Street. Does not matter if you drive-thru or dine in, you are treated well and get what you ask for.

I haven't eaten at a Wendy's in Months, and being in tourist Orlando you never know what to expect. Many of the reviews on this location are also really low, and I don't understand why. For those dining inside, this location is very clean and looks recently renovated. The staff were friendly, my order accurate and everything tasted as expected. While I am not a regular at Wednesday, I would definitely come!My only complaint, and the reason for removing one star, is the in-store ordering system is terribly. It's slow, and had we waiting on "sending order" for about a minute. If there isn't a line, stay away and go to the counter.

bad experience! order one thing and got something else. the girl that was on the cook line took the wrong sandwich out of the garbage, i guess to make sure the whole sandwich was there or to confirm that it was the wrong sandwich, then she continued cooking without changing her gloves after digging in the garbage!! gross...really wendys what is happening with the service

Just visited this restaurant, drive thru, the lack of customer service, plus the low quality of the food are frustrating. Fries look old and tasted like they refried them. Nasty greasy after taste. Chicken sandwich disappointing. I have no idea what happened but very disappointing specially when one us spending $10 on a lunch that is going straight to the garbage can. No time to go back to get it corrected. Hopefully someone reads this review and do something about it.

Made an order around 9:40 tonight after waiting in line for a while. My spicy chicken sandwich was not fully cooked and there was RAW CHICKEN! See attached photo. Called several times to let them know and no one will answer the phone there.

Have to say I've always preferred, if I'm going to eat fast food, to buy Wendy's. They use good burger patties, I know because I worked at one as a kid and they still taste the same when done right. That being said I'm doing KETO, my wife isn't, and we had cravings for something "fast" while staying near seaworld orlando at 11pm - So, this location totally hooked me up with a Dave's Double on lettuce, way better than any other chain I've gotten the same way with lettuce instead of a bun. It was in a nice container, not dripping, but still set up with toppings and not dry.My wife's chicken sand was killer, not sure which but, it came with a pretzel bun. If Wendy's would improve their "ice cream whatever frostys", streamline their burgers (single, double triple, that's it) l, better quality nuggets, and better their overall image - they'd be number one AND more expensive and I'd pay it, many would.

THEY. ALWAYS. FORGET. THE. SAUCE. Please, save yourself the time and headache and just go to the KFC next door. Or another location. Incomplete orders is the only consistency I see at this location unfortunately. I think I got an order right once when I was like 6 tho. But ordering ahead/pickup isn't saving you any time, jsyk.

This Wendy's location is actually garbage. They close randomly during the week at 12 even though all sources say they close at 2, the employees are constantly slow and the line is normally wrapped around the building, it's completely random if they have the food you order and also completely random if the food is hot or not, they're always out of sauces and have had problems with their machines on more than one occasion.As somebody who literally works right next to this place I used to go every now and then during lunch break but haven't bothered recently because they're just so incompetent. I know it's a fast food location but the other two right around it (McDonald's and Taco Bell) never have any of these problems.If you're looking for fast food at night just go to one of the other two and save yourself some time.

Arrived and ordered at the kiosk, a women who was just arriving to start her shift immediately set her bag down and asked if we needed help. Meanwhile the rest of the staff was chatting, not working, one even stood there with her phone on speaker phone to her ear. We could see orders on the screen waiting for them to process and only 1 lady out of the 4 was actually processing them.... The food order was correct, but the fries and nuggets had clearly just been sitting as the staff played social hour and ignored customer orders.
