Wendy's

Have never been a Wendy's fan but that all changed with a stop on the turnpike. I am a huge fan of a spicy chicken sandwich and the ghost pepper chicken sandwich from Wendy's is amazing. Just the right burn. This Wendy's is near my house and the service is always friendly. I only do the drive-through or order it on delivery service. Ever since that stop on the turnpike I visit Wendy's at least once a week for that chicken sandwich and I highly recommend that you try it if you like spicy chicken.

Seriously here we go again. I don't understand if the monitors don't show all the info or something but every time I go to this one (it's the close one to home and work) which is all the time they never make my food right. I mean I have ordered online, in store and drive thru and always get something wrong. The issue lately is that the blond manager they have there doesn't know ratio, if I pay and extra side of cheese and specifically order it on the side, why in the hell would the potato look like a regular potato with the normal amount of cheese on it, to then get attitude from her telling you is in the potato. I feel they should star looking at the monitors and doing what it says on it. I don't appreciate wasting money on food I'm not receiving.

This is not the best Wendy's I've ever visited. Upon entering the building, it took at least 5 minutes for someone to take my order. There were no other customers and 4 people working. It apparently took 2 people to handle the drive-thru for the one customer who was waiting outside. My chicken sandwich was good, but the fries were cold. I also had to wait for someone to enter a code in the bathroom door bc one of the workers said there's a lot of drug activity that happens there.

Horrible service. Very nasty attitude and was rushing order. My kids had to use bathroom and she said I can wait for key til she is done with order in a very nasty tone. Employees seem like they don't want to work here and I'm not saying all of them just depends on who you get. I highly recommend going to another Wendy's try to avoid this one.

if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst service. I was harassed for wearing a bathing suit but a manager with a botched ass bbl. Food was cold and soggy. Do not recommend.

Here we go again...order an Asiago chicken sandwich and get a nasty plain bacon cheeseburger...of course with no receipt!! I'm over here at an air bnb and figured this Wendy's couldn't possibly be as bad as the one on West Rd in Ocoee. It is. Came last night for a taco salad. Perfect unlike the one in Ocoee that serves slimy old inedible salads and can't get the chicken sandwich right either. Oh, and last night (Saturday) was cash only...hmmm. Wanted taco salad again but they were out of chili. Ok. I see (and hthis chain closing unless they start hiring competent employees.UPDATE...we go back to get correct sandwich...they still make wrong one. But at least they got chicken right!! Asiago chicken sandwich does not have mayo nor shredded lettuce. It has Asiago sauce and romaine. So do a circle and go back thru. STILL WRONG !!!!!!!!!! If my son wasn't with me, I'd drive thru again. Instead I'm filing a complaint. This is ridiculous when you pay for something. Please teach your employees how to correctly construct what's on the menu. I'm now done with Wendy's, the clown show.And I wouldn't even give one star, but have to to leave a review...3 times on one simple sandwich and still wrong!!! That's literally all the order was!! HEY!! Wendy's employees!! Learn how to construct the sandwiches you serve!!!! Simple as that.

Tonight's meal consisted of a 10pc nugget with a strawberry lemonade and a #7. Placing my order wasn't the issue; it was when I got to the window to pay and retrieve my food that I had the problem. First, if I'm done ordering, it doesn't hurt to tell me the total. Second, employees leaning around and not doing anything. Third, workers shoving food in my direction with no greeting or apologizing for the "wait." What happened to customer service?! This was my first time coming to this location, but it was definitely my last time. Giving this place a 1-star rating was solely because I wanted to leave a review.

I've tried to contact this location numerous times after being served RAW CHICKEN!!! Service was poor as well. On Friday February 2nd, I received RAW CHICKEN and very poor service from Wendy's store number #18003266. According to the receipt my host was Tammy & the cashier was Teresa... In the drive thru I was greeted very unprofessionally! Anywho, I continued to place my order because I was grabbing a quick meal before going out to celebrate my birthday. I ordered a #1 Single (even though the host insisted "we don't do singles") After finally completing my order, I pulled up to the window and paid for my food. I was then handed drinks with my receipt. The host / cashier asked me to pull-up to a waiting area, but when I told her she forgot the bacon I added on the burger she replied "Oh I ain't even hear that," and walked away. She came back within 10 seconds and immediately handed me my order. After taking TWO bites I bit into RAW CHICKEN!!!

FIRE THEM ALL!!!! There's no reason why guests should be served raw chicken especially after getting the first chicken sandwich wrong. Very rude and very impatient. I'm a chef at a restaurant and even for fast food, this standard is unacceptable. Shut it down. I'll be making a few calls because this is ridiculous. They need to learn life skills.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THEY DIDNLT OUT ANY BACON OR MAYO ON MY CHICKEN BLT BRO. Last time I went they had an attitude and locked the window behind me and they were no closed yet. Worst Wendy's ever. Do not go. They need to check their employee for having an attitud. Mind you the manager was there because I asked for chili sauce and the person paused and said that the manager sid that they did not have chili sauce. Bad management. Bad food. Bad employees. It needs to get shut down tbh or at least fire the manager and the rude employees.
