A good wendys. Service was very quick and the staff were very night. Good experience would go back.

The front check out person did not ask my name when I ordered and she thought I did say spicy chicken nuggets when I said saucy.She also thought I wanted a chicken wrap until my boyfriend said we did not order that.The food was almost inedible.The french fries were hard and the chicken nugget were rubbery.I did bring the attention to the manager who were letting their employees all talk, laugh and and they were on their phones.Not a good way to run a business.also.Also the cashier did not say welcome to Wendy's or have a nice day. She wasn't rude she just acted like she wasn't interested in in hospitality.

RUDEST PEOPLE EVER. The website gave me the option to pick up inside and the restaurant was LOCKED for pick up. The RUDE server lady at the drive thru window just SHOUTED AT ME because I was asking for my order, on the drive thru window, not in a car, which I DONT HAVE. She gave me a terrible attitude saying "I know you have a car, everyone in Florida has a car". Needless to say, this is the last lesson I learned from Wendy's. It's always a hassle when we try to order from Wendy's. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!!I hope she gets replaced by people WHO NEEDS AND WANTS TO WORK and have some manners.I'm not coming back to any Wendy's store. It's ridiculous how their customer service sucks.It's was the lady on the drive thru window on May 12th 2021 at 18:06And to whoever is responsible for the app options, make sure the pick up options ARE ACTUALLY AVAILABLE!

Everytime i go they can never get the order right i asked for extra bacom witch is .90 and not tomato they gave me no bacon.

Horrible don't even go here. I ordered something in the drive thru and the lady messed up my order twice. That ugly ass man bun wearing manager was giving me so much attitude for no reason.... like train your employees to differentiate burgers from a CHICKEN sandwich.

It is the best option of fast food around this area. I have come several times and haven't had a problem. It is never too busy that I'm left waiting for my food. Staff always seem very friendly, store always looks clean, they have espn on every time I go in so that's a bonus for me. I like that they have a little area towards the back windows, that is perfect if you don't want to be bothered by too many people.

If you are going to go to a "chain fast food" place this is one of the better tasting ones. This location has been here as long as I could remember. It was redecorated not too long along as most Wendy's have. Nice comfortable booths. The restaurant was clean and modern. Not sure why most on the new ones have fireplaces but they do. Near the fireplaces is a coffee table and comfy lounge chairs. Bathrooms were very clean. Like the display of food items. The list is presented on T.V. screens which is in large print and very easy to read. We were greeted when we entered. We decide to go in because the line was out of control in the drive thru. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. We ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and a baconator. The were both fresh and hot. Staff was nice and polite. There was someone in the the table area the whole time making sure the tables and the restaurant was clean. The reason not a 5 sure, the drive thru is slower than molasses. When I walked in there was 5 employees standing around the front registers talking to each other. Maybe some of them could help to rid the drive thru line.

Disgusting asf like cold food?¿ rlly how would you like it if someone served you that? Please get manners and brain cells because yall don't know how to do food? How yall want a better job if you can't even do Wendy's right

Stopped here for lunch and had a good laugh with my receipt name. "Coke". It was at lunch time and busy, all expected so the wait inside was within reason. I did get a burger I didn't ask for, they slapped bacon on it. The name on the screen earned them 3 stars. One location that could use a better system

Worst Customer service I know it's no point of doing this review but this Wendy's should be closed! They literally are in the back shooting paper balls like they are in the NBA and have a line as long as chick fil a without their service terrible Wendy's
