Wendy's

My previous reviews of this location still stand. Threatening to call the police when a customer calmly requests a refund for food they didn't receive is unacceptable.I have added an additional star though, because... even though this location messed my order up again, corporate customer service actually responded quickly and resolved their latest blunder. Something they have never done previously.My review doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things, but a few more decent services or positive response interactions in regards to correcting poor service... I might consider adding more stars.

We ordered Frostys and they were both just froth not thick ice cream as normal. When mentioned I did not think the frosty machine was making the properly. They looked at me like I was crazy said they would check but no offer for a refund or credit to come back another day and try again. So disappointed, especially since the big blow up outside says quality is their goal. Umm!! Ni so much .

It's a shot in the dark as to whether you'll get what you order in the takeout realm. Sometimes the food is as dry as a bone and other times it is less than hot. Wendy's used to be my favorite when it came to burgers. Also a chilli on the side until the meat in it became less and less to almost being a bean chilli. Current management appears to be a group of slackers. Why dont they invest i n a remodel of this pee smelling dump?

Wendy's is a staple for the junior bacon cheeseburger and frosty. However their dining room doesn't open till 7pm. Cool for spacing stuff l, but after a kids science fair when I had to leave early due to back pain, twenty minutes in line to get some nuggets and frothie was a bit lame. Their spicynuggs were anything but, but a frosty is always nice. Staff was tight with the long line around the building...but they have to do better to increase satisfaction and or revenue.

Went through the new Clermont Wendy's on 50 drive though today, simple order burger and drink... drive up she's not in uniform, swings the window open, stuck her arm out and says nothing. So I say nothing giving my card. Gives my drink, then hands the bag and my card together, without a receipt and closes the window. I was the only customer in drive through and no one was in the dining room. I drive, park and begin to eat, the burger was dry and overcooked. Seriously is this the best they can do? Have they been trained? Clearly the owner, DM and GM don't care. Stay clear of this location.

New location on hwy 50, in Clermont. Bad attitude by supervisor and messed up our order!!! NO apologies, tried ti give us cold food!!Manager was going to speak with us and never came out!!!Bad way to start a new place!!!

Horrible customer service, was trying to use my app. The cashier was trying to scan the app and their scanner wasn't working. They refused to honor the coupon on the app. The manager on duty was rude. Would not come back.

Short wait, friendly service, regular Wendy's food. Role model Wendy's. Would go again for a biggie bag

I am a regular at this Wendy's and I don't understand why it isn't busier. Food is good, service is fast, people are nice. What else do you want from a fast food place?

My wife and I sometimes like a baked potato and chili for dinner, so I went to Wendy's on Rte 50 in Claremont tonight to get our mealsto-go. They only had one baked potato, but we were able to get 2 large chilis and I added a Cobb salad for me. The baked potato was disgusting and the chili was more like chili flavored bean soup. The Cobb salad was decent, but I didn't find out until I got home that they didn't provide any salad dressing. This was our first and last time to visit this Wendy's.
