As we are 'die-hard' Arby's fans (to the extent that we can be 'die-hard' to any fast food joint), we've not really wandered far beyond the 'A' realm, with the exception when we're in need of something quick AND no Arby's is nearby. Such was the occasion that we wandered into this drive-through (do NOT remember the last time we were at a Wendy's... 2003 in Vancouver for our son? No wait - that was definitely a McDonald's). We ended up with a chicken sandwich. I'll make this short and somewhat sour: nothing to write home about.

The management team is the rudest "leaders" I have ever encountered all the way up to the general manager. They lack empathy and are unwilling to help. Instead they make threats to you and treat you like a criminal. All I asked for was a copy of my receipt and they told me it is impossible to get one. Which defeats the purpose of having a POS system.

This location had a male manager that was rude as hell. I pulled up to the window to get my order and was getting ready to ask for ketchup. He comes up to the window (the lady that handed me my order was very nice!) and said move on! Like he was in a timer to get me away from the window. Rude as could be! I pity the folks that have to work with him! Take your business elsewhere, don't let him get any bonus! (And I am a big Wendys fan, but not this one!!)

Went in the drive thru asking for a spicy chicken Cesar salad, my usual order I've gotten for years, and the employee said the salad comes with grilled chicken and they could only give me a chicken filet that's not cut up. I was confused because it's an actual menu item and not me asking for a special request, so I asked them if that was a new policy because I always received my salad as normal with a chicken cut up. They said they couldn't do it and when I asked when they stopped doing it they just spoke over me saying if I wanted anything else. Fast food is supposed to be for convenience, forcing the customer to cut up chicken they're supposed to cut up isn't convenient. Like I get it, working at a fast food restaurant isn't fun, but not even doing the bare minimum and getting annoyed with the customer for asking for a menu item is pretty messed up. 2 stars instead of one because the food tasted alright.

Longest wait ever for fast food, has been such with multiple visits. Big fan of Wendy's but the two near this area have poor service. Not only is the wait extremely long often exceeding 15 mins it's also cold fries and just sloppy service. Sucks to not have an easy nice stop near the house

I have been a regular in the drive-thru here for a breakfast sandwich a long time. Ordering through A-I....I'm not a fan, especially due to today.I was upcharged for SUBSTITUTING cheese with another, & the Haitian accent Mgr. told me it was "ALREADY RUNG & THERE'S NOTHING HE CAN DO????"Really? Seriously?I don't do stupid very well, especially when people are continued customers, so I hope the Owner gets this. The staff member was great......Mgr.?, not very customer helping. So, you just LOST a breakfast customer OVER AN EXTRA CHEESE CHARGE. Congratulations.

My family and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. When we walked it the floors were greasy and wet but that can be expected from a fast food restaurant. The employees are a bunch of intoxicated college students who don't know how to listen to the most simple requests. I know Miss Wendy herself is rolling in her grave knowing that this establishment exists. I'd rather drive a hour to another Wendy's than eat at this location. We ended having to leave this Wendy's because the employees could not understand how to work the cash register and they were extremely rude. When we kindly told them we would take our business elsewhere, and we were met with multiple rude comments and remarks. I'd rather eat tree bark and imagine it's a Wendy's meal than ever go back to this establishment.

Wish I could give zero starts to the nastiest wendys I've ever been too. Customer service is disgusting, food is cold! And not only was the cashier rude as hell, but she asked another employee to hand me my stuff as "she couldn't deal" with it.. why work for food if you can't service clientele correctly!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Wendy's location store number 73 on Friday March 24, 2023I was met with indignity with your cashier in the drive through I pulled into the lane at 1807/6:07 pm. I was not greeted by anyone at the speaker. I waited about what felt like 3-4 minutes and to no avail so I pulled forward to attempt to order at the window. I work across the street at Advent Health Altamonte Hospital on my way into work when you're cashier rolled her eyes and shifted her body language to tell me she would not take my order after I had pleaded my case to her to then tell me that I only waited for 2 minutes. As I pleaded again that I have waited my time in line and that I was on my way into work and without being greeted or told to wait she grabbed a coworker to co-signed to what she previously told me and rolled her eyes again to tell me she wouldn't take my order. At the end of this encounter it was 1824/6:24 when I had parked at work and look at the clock terminating that encounter. She provided subpar customer service and engagement. If this is how you allow your employees to engage your guests with treatment as such as this where it inconveniences us then, this behavior will limit the guests that your location will retain.
