Wally's Bar And Liquor

Always hear that Wallys is a good place for drinks so I finally came by.It's a cool looking place on Mills and yes it is a dive bar but its not dirty and grungey like you'd think a dive bar would be. Service was fast and great.My wife had a tequila seltzer and said it tasted really weird and smelled funny so I took a sniff and yeah it smelled like a dirty sock and tasted JUST LIKE ONE TOO! Of course I chugged that dirty sock anyway! My drink was good at least .Loved the place!

Wally's is such a great bar! The chairs are so comfortable and the set up around the table is really great to meet other people.It came for faire of the dog which was outside a bunch of tents and vendors but it had nothing to do with dogs unfortunately

Wally's is a staple dive bar on Mills 50. They have their own parking lot, but space is limited. Great thing about Mills is there is plenty of street parking and lots of parking in the neighborhoods nearby.Great spot for cheap drinks and LORD do you get a heavy pour here. Bar is pretty small and has usually a few bartenders, have never had to wait too long for a drink unless they are slammed busy.They have darts in a corner and a small bathroom with only one stall for ladies, so keep that in mind if you have an acorn sized bladder like i do!Always a nice chill time every time I go. Check it out!

Such a fun bar and respectful people. Tonight I had a sour stomach... Idk if it was the drinks or the calamari or the burger either way... it had to come out. The ladies there were super nice on letting me handle my business in the bathroom. Too much right?!? Hey, this is why I like this bar. THE PEOPLE ARE JUST THAT AMAZING. I've been here before for drinks and still a great time. Tonight I was on a water mission while I whipping that ass on my favorite bar game: DARTS! I won twice. *insert curtesy* The establishment is inviting inside and out. Lots of parking & just a great time to hang out with friends or by yourself.

This is now my go to spot after having moved closer to mills! I've been here a few times and the atmosphere is very cozy. It can get busy at night and their early hours are great for a night shifter like me :) Drinks are strong and service is friendly, and the prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the area. Always a lovely visit!

Luckily I was able to find Wally's. When I got there the place was jam packed, but only had 1 bartender behind the bar. There were so many people at the bar that it was impossible to order. I just wound up standing in the back, and watching the game. For huge events like that they might consider bringing in more staff? Aesthetically the bar was clean and beautiful. It is located in such a great part of town, and the bar looks like a great place to hang out with that old school dive bar feel. Naturally the noise level was high due to such an outrageous game. I really want to get back here, and try some drinks. If you know Wally's - *you know*.And if you don't - go check it out for a super low-key and chill vibe. This place is an establishment in Orlando, and after the renovations, there's plenty of room for you to hang and grab a drink. Wally's is a classic dive and serves awesome, cheap drinks with a smile. Pop in for a drink, or stay for a while, but you'll be glad that you did.

Wally's Bar and Liquors has been here as long as I can remember and I have been here since 2001.Wally's Bar and Liquors has been an Orlando, Florida institution since 1954. That's a long tome and a lot of drinks. The staff is friendly and the conversation with the other customers was typical fun bar conversations. It is interesting how varied the conversations you can have in bars. It can be a lighthearted conversation all the way to some in-depth and deep conversations. Wally's Bar and Liquors has seen Orlando throughout the generations. To keep how long Wally's has been here, when the bar opened back in 1954, songs like "(We're Gonna) Rock Around the Clock" by Bill Haley and his Comets, "Earth Angel" by the Penguins, and other songs like it were ushering in a new sound called rock and roll were getting teenagers to tap their feet. Eliis Island closed as a point of immigration. Marilyn Monroe married Joe DiMaggio. The world saw the first mass inoculation against polio in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. "On the Waterfront" and "The Caine Mutiny" were in movie theaters. The world certainly has changed.Yet, Wally's Bar and Liquors is still here. That says a lot. Wally's is an iconic place and someplace you should definitely check out if you are in Orlando.

Three years later, I am leaving a new review. This place is STILL fantastic. There is nowhere else in town you can get a martini for $8 that is straight vodka and worth the price! The bartenders are friendly, you can play your own music, ant the vibe is cool. 10 out of 10.
