Wah Yoan Chinese Food

We recently tried Wah Yoan instead of our normal place + overall, it was good. The krab Rangoon were some of the best we have found. The General Tso's was good, could have used a bit of spice though. The only thing that wasn't good was the chicken w mixed vegetables. The sauce tasted very fishy, not like a normal brown sauce - so much that I could not eat it. I have to assume that it was just an off day though, because everything else was such great quality.

If you are looking for a little Chinese takeout this is your place. Located next to Publix in the plaza it is a clean and fast way to grab a bite to take home. We ordered egg foo young, eggrolls, beef lo mein, tasty potstickers, and chicken wings. This not only was delish!! It was lunch for two extra days- good portions and made easy reheated lunch that tasted like I'd just run out for takeout! Love an easy meal that I wouldn't normally fix at home

This is my go to restaurant for Chinese take out. Every time I eat here, no matter what I eat, everything is always good. The service has always been friendly and even though I order take out by the time I get home the food is still hot and fresh. The dumplings whether fried or steamed are my go to appetizer, today I got both. They are so delicious especially when dipped in their sauce. Their combos are a must! With their combos you get pork fried rice and an egg roll. I always get their Sesame Chicken and Sweet and Sour Pork combo. Both I have never been disappointed in. My husband tried their Chicken Wings with Garlic Sauce and Shrimp Fried Rice for the first time. He thought it was delicious and would definitely order again.

This place has the best Singapore chow mei fun. They do not skimp on the flavor like some other places do. I don't trust the orange chicken at most places but this place makes it very well. It's a great lunch special that comes with rice and a drink. I always swap the fried rice it comes with for white rice instead. I also really like their wonton soup. The guy that answers the phone and hands you the food (whose name I wish I knew) is very friendly and professional. They have accommodated my special requests, which I really appreciate.

Overall, the food was not bad. My regular go to Chinese takeout place was closed because it was Monday. Had ordered shrimp, egg, foo, young, veggie egg foo yong, spicy soup, general tso chicken and bourbon chicken. Like I said it was decent overall, but I thought the egg foo young was very dense and heavy. Each piece was pretty thin like a quarter or 1/3 of an inch thick, dense in a bit greasy. I would return as my Monday backups, but I won't change. My other spot is definitely better with light fluffy egg foo young, general tso chicken that is much more moist. This was a bit dry. And they didn't give me any fortune, cookies, dealbreaker, lol

Decided to try this convenient location next to Publix at 17/92 & Button Rd in Casselberry since our usual Chinese take-out (King's Wok lll) is closed on Mondays. We ordered dishes for 6 people and everyone thought it was as good as our go-to place. The man that answered the phone and took the order was very personable, as was the cashier. The only down-side was the prices were a little bit higher, but overall a very good experience.

We ordered three dinners that were supposed to have egg rolls but there were none. The egg foo young was like a flat pancake so not what we are used to. Ordered four spring rolls but no duck sauce. The Pad Thai, fried dumplings and BBQ chicken wings were great. Overall good Chinese food. Just disappointed about not getting the egg rolls.

Super good! Ordered Christmas night dinner. It took a little long but well worth the wait! So fresh and delicious!

I needed a meal and it had been such a long time since I'd had the spare ribs I decided to make a quick stop here. There was one other person waiting for their meal (it was around 4pm) when I arrived. Their entire front is closed up with plastic shielding and their seating area is all packed up so it's all to go. When you get your food, they have a window with dual doors so they are never exposed to whomever is picking up their food. Good to see they're taking safety seriously. I went with a small order of the boneless spare ribs ($6.25) and a shrimp lo mein ($5.95). The cooks got to making it quickly and about 10 minutes later I was on my way with two small plastic containers full of my meal. The ribs were tasty though I guess their nostalgia made them yummy than what I remember. Perhaps I should've gotten them in bone in instead. The lo mein was very light on flavor but it was filling.

Ordered over the phone on the way to the restaurant. The food was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Incredible food! Reasonably priced - and service with a smile. I had to drive 45 minutes each way -- but it was absolutely worth it. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant ever!!
