My friend and I visited with my mom and his mom and dad. First time for all and it was a hit with everyone. Flavorful, nice size but not overwhelming portions and melt in your mouth beignets.

First time trying out Voodoo kitchen and I liked it! The bayou flavor of Louisiana really shows in there food. Just a FYI, if you do not like spicy food you might want to be cautious when ordering. I love spicy food, so the jambalaya is what I ordered. Definitely had good flavor, but left me with a tingling mouth. The jambalaya has served with pulled pork, pulled chicken, and andouille sausage. Not much pork in mine, but plenty of sausage and chicken. We also tried out the Po' fries, which is their seasoned curly fries with 12hr roast pork poured on top. Made the fries soggy instantly, but the flavors were yummy.

Went with my son to the food trucks tonight. I love Cajun/Creole food. So I had to stop here. I met the owners and they were lovely people! Tonight was their 6 year anniversary of being a food truck! Congratulations guys!I got the jambalaya and it was delicious. And a sample of their shrimp and Crawfish etouffee. Both dishes were amazing, I will most certainly be going back when ever I see their truck!

The Voodoo Kitchen truck was at our apartment last night, so we wanted to give it a try. We ordered the Jambalaya, the Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, and their exclusive, deep fried "Boudin Balls" with Voodoo Curly Fries. When we got back to our unit and sampled each of our selections, my wife and I looked at each other and simultaneously yelled out "That's the best truck food I ever tasted!" (and we relocated from NYC) The good news is there was enough left over for seconds tonight. A "must try" when you can.

I have driven 45 minutes to get this creole food. Spicy full of flavor and some of the best crawfish étouffée around. Last time we went had their version of a hot Nashville sandwich and it was fantastic. One of the best food trucks in the Orlando area. It is a place that will have you wanting to take some more home for later. Menu Suggestions: crawfish etoufee, voodoo fries.

Voodoo kitchen food truck offer the Cajun Cuisine. I have a chance to try them when the generation food court event host an Orlando food truck in Tampa. This food are modernize with the menu in LED screen. The even indicate if you cannot see the menu, you probably have the sunglasses on.They serve Creole style cuisine such as crawfish étouffée, fried shrimp popboy, gumbo, and jambalaya. I have one of the jambalaya and is $9. The jambalaya is with pull pork and chicken with sausage. The rice is well cook. I have better jambalaya with a bit spicy. This jambalaya is a bit Tone down. May be they can put some voodoo sauce to make me hook. Overall from the order to deliver is quick. I got my food in 5 minutes. If I try again, I would go for the shrimp popboy or crawfish étouffée.

So this is the best and most authentic Cajun food we have found in central Florida hands down. We sometimes drive for over 45 min to get to them. The crawfish étouffée is always spot on. If you have tried other Cajun in the area, they can't seem to get the roux consistent which leaves you either oily or chalky in texture. Additionally the spice/heat is just right. It doesn't burn your face off but it's definitely present. We have also had the jambalaya and a few of the po boys. Their remoulade is amazing on their fries and sandwiches. Also as a bonus, every time we order we are greeted with friendly and excellent service! I think my only complaint is they don't come closer to us in winter garden area more often! Please don't ever leave us :)

I ordered the red beans and rice as my entree and jambalaya as my side. Their jambalaya is really good. It had a kick to it. I think next time I'd switch the two and order the jambalaya as my main and red beans as the side. The portions were pretty good too. I couldn't finish it because the beans and rice were pretty heavy together. Thanks to FIT for inviting them to serve at the exam break party!

To the point review: Delicious. Highly recommend. Spice level on most dishes mild - medium depending on palette. Staff was SUPER friendly. They provided over the top service! Even remembered my sons name at the end of night (hours after we ordered). Would order any of the dishes we had again!Details:Crawfish Étouffée: WOWZA. This was the home run of the group. Plentiful amount with rice and simply delicious. Spice scale (Somewhere around a buffalo hot wing for an American taste). My toddler ate and loved this dish but he was introduced to different spices from a young age. Jambalaya: A Delish Dish. The sausage was the spice driver in this dish and I dare say it may have been slightly more spicy then the Étouffée. That andouille can pack a punch if you get a few of them in one bite. Overall this was a flavorful and tasty rice dish that everyone ate up quickly. Red Beans/Rice:This was the least spicy of the round. Do not misunderstand flavor and spice because those beans had some wonderful flavor. This is a good choice for those not wanting a spicy dish or even those seeking a respite from cajun "heat".
