Vitality Bowls

The lady at the register was quiet, but nice enough. I ordered the bowl with steak and it was big flavorful and filling. I also ordered a juice with apple and lime and it was really good. I would definitely come back to try other bowls.

One of my favorite açaí bowl places. I was visiting on a work trip and was happy they had a vitality bowl here.

Really enjoyed my meal today. They were cognizant and cautious of my food allergies. Always feel better after eating here. It's so healthy, fresh, and using organic ingredients makes a notable difference in how one feels after eating here. The service takes a little bit longer than other restaurants, but they make everything fresh to order, I'm willing to wait. I ate outside with my dog and enjoy the local buzzing environment. Price is a bit make expensive than other locations nearby, but again, you're paying for the fresh organic ingredients and food cooked to order.

Healthy, organic, fresh, nutritious, high-quality, tasty ingredients... That's what initially attracted me to this Superfood Cafe! I definitely needed a healthier option after a day of splurging on all types of fun foods!I entered Vitality Bowls for the first time and discovered the robust & varied menu full of interesting acai bowls, smoothies, fresh fruit juices, salads, & even paninis! I immediately knew that I was in the right place! The menu included so many fresh, options! There's something for everyone! I also noticed how clean & well-maintained the location is.But the true icing on the cake was the fantastic, professional, friendly service! It took me an extra minute (or two) to peruse the menu since I was a newbie. The gracious owner was patient, answered my questions and gave great suggestions. He was very kind.Ultimately, I settled on the Vitality Bowl. It had a base of organic acai, banana, & strawberries The toppings included bananas, strawberries, organic granola, goji berries, and honey. It was so refreshing! While I was waiting patiently for my food to be freshly prepared, I sat down in the chairs outside of the store, which was a nice option. I enjoyed my whole experience from beginning to end and immediately ended up wishing two things... (1) that I lived closer to this location so that I could visit more often, and (2) that I had ordered a larger sized acai bowl! It was so delicious! I almost ordered a second one! Yum!

Grabbed a smoothie for the drive back to Jacksonville! After a weekend of eating lots of yummy food, I needed something healthy. I ordered the power protein smoothie, which tasted amazing and it is full of healthy ingredients. I think there was only one person working here. She was very sweet though and thanked us for our patience. This is a very cute spot with lots of healthy options and is conveniently located near the theme parks and I-4.

HOLY! These açaí bowls were amazing. My fiancé and I both ordered "The Warrior" bowl and added peanut butter. We got the large and it was a huge portion with tons of fresh fruit and granola on top. It is a small, clean, and simple atmosphere! There's about 5-6 tables inside and some additional seating outside. Staff was friendly and patient while we decided what to order. It was about $36 for the two large açaí bowls with added peanut butter which is pricey but they don't skimp on the quality or amount of toppings so in my eyes it is justified.

Great stop for a healthy option. Enjoyed the toppings on the avocado toast. Would have been a plus with crushed avocados, instead the avocado seemed puréed. Stopped by on Friday around 3:30pm. The place was not crowded. My order came quick. It was relaxing dining inside and listening to the island music playing.

Amazing food! Best acai ever! They make everything fresh and you can taste it.The Vitality Wrap is also delicious with a lot of flavor.If you like healthy food that's the place!
