Ordered my usual Pho, then decided to get a little adventurous and ordered the bibimbap. I had never had this dish before, and had only heard about it on a buzzfeed video, when I asked the owner about it, he threw together a sample for my husband and I and we were sold! My husband and I typically share our meals, but he scarfed nearly the whole thing down (which was huge) before j even sat down. . After nearly losing a finger when I tried to take a bite I decided to let him finish and start on my favorite dish, Pho. The broth was amazing and the veggies, plentiful. However as soon as my husband smelled the broth, there was a second spoon in the bowl. Luckily he was nearly comatose from his entree, and only managed to steal a few bites and I was able to finish my delicious meal in peace.I highly recommend this food truck

If this truck visits anywhere within a 10 mile radius of your hungry belly, you must go. The truck owner was super nice and told me a bit about his Korean and Vietnamese background. I asked him if he were my best friend what would he tell me to get? He laughed and said he gets asked all the time. He said Korean Tacos were popular but Bibimbap and Beef Pho were what represented him. I went with Beef Bibimbap. So glad I did. Portion was huge for $10, in fact I couldn't eat it all. The flavors were amazing and beef was high quality. Yum yum yum!

My new favorite pho spot. Worth the effort to find the truck if it's in your area. Anxious to try the other items but right now...if pho is your thing (beef...they only have that) this is the spot. support local places!!!

After ten days of suffering through Orlando's dismal restaurant offerings, we stumbled upon this unassuming warehouse micro-brewery. The beer is passable, but the Asian street food truck parked outside is a true culinary find. Elsewhere, such a lunch-wagon might be ignored; but in a town where T.G.I. Fridays is considered haute cuisine, the offerings of this little food truck are like an oasis in the middle of the Sahara.

There food truck is always at castle church brewery. Everytime I get there food it is excellent!! Great service quick turn around. I got the chicken egg rolls and they were to die for. The sauce for them was on point. I got the soup from them and I asked for it to go. They gave it to me cold and told me how to heat it up when I got home to my liking!!! I will definitely come back again!!

Sooooooo damn good!!!! One of the best food trucks in central FL. We had a order of their pho and noodles dish, absolutely amazing!!! Husband and wife are both friendly and Truck is super clean!! A must try when you have a chance!

I love that they make their beef stock fresh they dont used boxed ones. You can taste the difference and their food compared to other places! You guys rock

Does not exist any more. I drove all the way here only to see a BBQ food truck. I called the phone number, no one answered neither.

The bao buns were great very delicious! Beef bibimbap flavorless filled with more veggies than beef .. also a little expensive..
